Cottage per ospiti indipendente. Abbiamo appena finito di aggiungere nuovi tappeti e vernice a dicembre 2016 insieme ai ripiani in granito in cucina e al nuovo splash posteriore. Nuovi arredi e nuovi letti con piumoni. No animali. Casa privata con una bella vista di Little Cottonwood Canyon. Meno di 10 minuti per Alta e Snowbird stazioni sciistiche. Vicino a Brighton e Park City sci pure. Recentemente rifiniti e pronti per la vostra vacanza rilassante. Godetevi il camino a gas e guardare la neve cadere. Facile piedi dalla fermata bus / Park and ride di entrambe le località Alta e Snowbird. L'accesso alla vasca idromassaggio e barbecue grill. gazebo. Soggiorno con grande TV HD, bluRay e TV diretta con canali di film, zona pranzo, lavatrice e asciugatrice, bagno completo al livello principale. 1 camera da letto principale e 1 grande camera da letto al piano superiore con 1/2 bagno. Loft ha un letto matrimoniale, un comodo divanetto, TV HD da 32 pollici con BluRay e molti DVD. deposito sci. Cucina a gas, microonde, controsoffitti in granito, caffettiera, Ninja Blender, caffè, cioccolata calda e tè gratuiti.

Such a cute little place. The outdoor space was great. The view is amazing. And the owner was super friendly and answered questions right away. The little touches throughout were so thoughtful. If you want a little fun adventure right on the property the owners put out little birds in the backyard to find. I highly recommend this property.

The ultimate staycation

My only regret of this wonderful cozy place is that I didn't enjoy it more. For someone who is a workaholic in their professional life and 100% INHERENTLY lazy in their personal life, this place is perfect. Every nook and cranny is inviting and made for comfort. Need to get away

The Ivy Cottage Was a great get away and the location is amazing with awesome views from the backyard! Eric was very helpful with information about the area. It was very relaxing and the trails are just awesome.

Awesome Property

My daughter and I stayed for some spring skiing. Location was absolutely perfect to access both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. Cottage was clean and cozy. Hosts were friendly and welcomed us with delicious homemade bread and salsa. We were even able to throw a lacrosse ball in the beautiful backyard. We hope to go back again.

Absolutely amazing stay!

This property has all the amenities! There were only two of us, but it had room to sleep a few more. Excellent location to ski resorts and to town. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Ski Trip to Alta/Snowbird/Snowbasin

We have been staying at the Ivy Cottage for several years for our Spring Break ski trips. It is right at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon and super convenient for skiing at Alta/Snowbird. It is also fully equipped to cook your own meals and close to local shopping. The hosts are excellent as well and we will be back!

Wonderful place in Sandy

Really nice, comfortable and cozy place in Sandy. Easy access to little cottonwood canyons. The hosts are wonderful & warm people who was very helpful. The place has almost everything you need. Really enjoyed our stay, will visit again.

Lovely place, great value

What a great place! Has all amenities you can ask for, very close to the resorts, but tucked away in a quiet cul de sac so no traffic noise. My whole fam loved it. We will go back!

A peace of tranquility

The Ivy Cottage is a great place to stay while visiting SLC. The cottage has everything one would need. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Hosts were easy to work with and were very considerate (they even provide some treats, which were much appreciated). We were skiing and this location was great as it was very close to the slopes (10 minutes from Alta or Snowbird). The views were fantastic and setting was very peaceful. Would have loved to see the garden as one can tell that it is well taken care of.

Perfect ski getaway

The location is amazing- your back yard is the mouth of little cottonwood! We were met with a warm welcome, snacks and even cupcakes for our kiddos! Everything you could need to come home to after a day of skiing! Fireplace, hot tub, cozy kitchen, and comfortable beds!

Sweet place, great location

Cottage was amazing. Perfect location for Snowbird and Alta. 15 minutes up the Canyon. Tons of extras there for cooking, loved staying there. Really liked the gas fireplace/stove. Having laundry there was a great benefit along with hot tub and bbq!

Great location

The cottage is in a great location with easy access to Alta and Snowbird. We appreciated the extra homey touches - especially the homemade salsa! Would stay again for sure!

I grew up in Utah. Married for over 41 years with 4 adult children and 10 grandkids. We moved to the Sandy area for our Children to be closer to their grandparents. We love the area and the people and want to share this fantastic location with you.

We love living at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. We enjoy the wildlife that come to visit our yard. They love the pine trees and the deer like to munch on apples hidden in the snow during the winter or maybe steel a tomato from the garden. Lots of birds for those who love to listen to them sing or just like to watch them. We are close to many bike and hike trails for our summer time guests.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This area feels comfortable with majestic views of the canyons and large trees. Quiet, dead end road with large yards. Gas fireplace to create that romantic atmosphere. Even though we are right at the mouth of little cottonwood canyon, we are not on a busy road. We sit on a ridge to the west of Wasatch Blvd which gives us awesome view of the canyon. We've tried to provide everything you can think of to make your stay a fabulous experience. We are easy to reach and are happy to give you a tour of the property. We respect your privacy.
