Abbiamo due appartamenti di secondo piano di grandi dimensioni direttamente su una spiaggia privata di sabbia. Entrambi gli appartamenti hanno subito lavori di ristrutturazione completi completati a dicembre 2017, con nuove cucine, nuovi bagni, pavimenti, ecc. Ogni unità può ospitare un massimo di 4 persone. Affitto con numero di noleggio 9131033 (prenotazione separata e tasse) per ospitare fino a 8 persone. Cammina dalla tua porta d'ingresso su un grande banco di sabbia nell'Oceano Atlantico. Guarda l'alba e il tramonto da questo triplex privato situato in una posizione unica. Lega la tua barca direttamente dietro la proprietà sul banco di sabbia o dockage e il lancio della barca disponibile dall'altra parte della strada sul lato della baia. Incredibile vita marina direttamente sulla spiaggia, razze, granchi di pesce palla, squalo. Pesce proprio dalla riva. Quando la marea è fuori puoi camminare per centinaia di metri nell'oceano sulla barra di sabbia. Abbiamo anche due kayak per te

Beautiful view

Amazing ocean front views. Sunrises spectacular right out the front door. Cleanest place we have been in. Andy was very quick to respond to our questions. Never have returned to the same place when visiting my son but I will definitely return to this place. Thank you Andy.

Anniversary Trip

We loved our location as we were trying to find a place central to things we wanted to do. We went to Key West a couple of days. We also spent a day in Islamorada at Theater of the Seas. Andrew was easy to contact and very responsive to our questions. We stayed 7 nights and only saw our neighbors one night. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We only were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for the week so it was close to running out but we made do. There could have been some soap for the bathroom to wash hands but we made do by just buying a bottle at the dollar store. We looked everywhere but didn't see a pizza cutter....other than that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and we are already thinking about coming back someday! Thank you for a wonderful 10 yr anniversary week! kitchen

Amazing Central Location in the Keys

We had a wonderful time at this property. The home was clean and well cared for. The furniture was comfortable and in good shape. Everything you needed for preparing meals, including some spices. (No storage containers for leftovers, so buy ziplocs if you're like us and always have leftovers.) The view was gorgeous. We saw so many birds at low tide picking through the sea grass for their meals. The kayaks were a definite bonus. The water was clear and shallow. Definitely bring some good water shoes if you're not a fan of walking through the sea grass to get out onto the water. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. Linens and towels were provided, along with access to a washer and dryer. The only "challenge" we had was extra noise - the air conditioners were noisy, and the road noise was there, but expected with where the house is. The neighboring house is very close. It is also a short term rental with lots of yard games and a couple of units. (Cornhole would be an awesome addition to this property) They were inside and quiet by 11, so it wasn't too bad. We used the fire pit one night and enjoyed it. The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of the keys, so a good spot to head out and explore from. Marathon is close and has everything you might need while in the keys. I would stay again!

Belated Anniversary Trip

Our second trip to Marathon. We stayed on the other side of the same property this trip. Beautiful place, very clean. Sunrises are a must see. Absolutely breathtaking and the view at this property couldn’t be better. Had a wonderful, peaceful trip. Can’t wait to go back and can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Nice beach house

We enjoyed our stay. Had to cut our trip early because of the hurricane but the time we did stay was fun and very relaxing.

Great Views and Great Location

Had a blast, very good location. Took Kayak out right off the beach and hooked a 30 lbs permit! Looking forward to staying here again next year, if not sooner!

Beautiful, Comfortable & Perfect

We loved being on the water. The creatures that live in the water in the Keys were remarkable to see. The area around the property was quiet and well kept. The inside of our bungalow was very comfortable and well stocked. We loved it and will most likely be back next year.

So much to offer!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we loved it both times! We love using the kayaks to go out fishing right off the beach in front of the condo! The owners are very accommodating and communicate quickly. Such a beautiful place to stay.

The property was on the water. Beautiful sunrises having morning coffee. Property was nicely decorated and supplied. Centrally located for day trips to the Key West and other exploration. Highly recommend for families

Condo was perfect size for two we enjoyed the bay, there was seaweed and often hard to get out but I think that was just the time of the year. Loved how it was close to everything, we enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend!! Till next time Marathon

Very cool spot

Great spot ON the beach. Great view with birding galore. Newly remodeled with everything you would want and more. Perfect for families wanting to kayak in safe waters, or romantic getaway. Yes, surrounding area hammered by hurricane, net yet recovered, but that just makes it more peaceful. Would definitely stay here again. Complete early-bird dinners at Key Colony Inn are effectively half price.

Marathon

Great location. Nice upgrades in kitchen and bathroom. Living room ac didn’t work correctly. It was reported but never fixed. The dining room fan and light didn’t work. Kitchen light went out on the 3rd day. The light socket on lamp by from door was falling apart. (Unsafe) The outside beach area was covered with trash. I spent about an hour picking broken glass and trash. It wasn’t the situation but we made the best of it and had and great time. We won’t go back.
