Great Stay

Nick's place was very comfortable, and he is a great host. His communication was excellent, and it was a real bonus that he could get us tickets to see LFC. Thank you, Nick.

Mitten im Leben Liverpools

The appartment was an nice place to explore Liverpool. Near by a bus station and the university of Liverpool and many pubs and restaurants.

Lovely spacious, bright flat in quiet block. Great to have parking and outside space on balcony. Communication with host was excellent and easy to gain access. All in all couldn’t have had much better a flat for our needs.

A Little Gem

We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable or convenient stay, our time in Liverpool ticked all the boxes and Kee’s place was the icing on the cake. Spotlessly clean, quiet, great location and all instructions so clearly laid out, a Little Gem.

Great apartment

The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need, as well as some extra snacks .Nick provides clear instructions how to get to and access the flat, as well as lots of suggestions of things to do in Liverpool.I highly recommend this apartment and Liverpool is a lovely city with lots to do and see.

Our stay at this property was a great experience. Our host Nick was very helpful and provided great communication on how to access the property. He also provided very helpful recommendations on places to eat and visit. The property was very safe, quiet, comfortable, and very well maintained. The property is situated close to many of the iconic sites in Liverpool and is easily walkable or accessible by various means of transportation. Thank you Nick for a great visit. Hope to be back again someday.

The flat was in a great location and was very clean. The block seemed very secure. The food stuffs in cupboards was a little confusing as we were unsure what we could use or not use so we touched nothing. The kitchen facilities were good with everything you would need and the addition of hand soap and cleaning products was very helpful. The wi-fi was excellent.

Comfortable flat in quiet location

Well-equipped and comfortable flat in a small quiet estate 15 min walk from the city centre. Excellent communication with the host. We didn't take the car, but parking wouldn't be a problem. Within 5 min - big Tesco. A couple of other smaller supermarkets. Various takeaways and restaurants.

Cosy home in Liverpool

Exactly as described but with some pleasant extra details. The host is very attentive and hands on. For me the flat was very comfortable. It was warm, everything worked, the kitchen was equipped, including coffee machine. The host has a large collection of films for fans and plenty of tips for exploring Liverpool. I loved the city which offers something for everyone. The flat is about 30 mins walk into the centre and super close to University locations

Visiting family

I found the apartment was comfortable, clean, and tidy with all the essential amenities in good working order. I was quite surprised at the quietness in the area, as I know Liverpool well and normally you would expect to hear sirens during the night or early hours of the morning, considering there are two hospitals nearby. The host had left brochures of the main places of interest to visit in Liverpool, which I thought was a good idea and very helpful to people visiting Liverpool for the first time. The apartment is close to the city center and can easily be reached by either a 10-minute walk or catching a bus. We enjoyed our stay and thanked the host for his welcoming approach.

TRES BON SEJOUR

Appartement très bien situé, très confortable pour 4 adultes. Petites attentions laissées par le propriétaire à notre arrivée, c'était très gentil. Dommage que nous n'avons pas pu le rencontrer. Il a été très arrangeant car nous avons dû avancer de 2 jours notre séjour et il a été très réactif. Je conseille cet appartement.
