I love this cabin, it's located in a small town that is very peaceful and very close to the beach and very convenient either to go to Munising or Marquette. I love the high quality decors in the cabin, they are charming, manly and beautiful. The king size bed that my husband and I slept on is so comfortable, I appreciate the fence in for my doggies. The cabin is clean and has everything for daily use, If I can give this place 10 stars I would.

This rental was perfect for our needs! The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans we needed. The bathrooms were well stocked and clean. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 dogs. The yard was fenced in and even had a pen if you needed it. Nice outdoor area for hanging out and having dinner. Would definitely stay in this location again!

This place is super comfy, great space for a small group or family. Reminded me of log cabins I stayed in as a child with the wood smell and comfy surroundings. Well equipped kitchen, excellent appliances with everything you need to cook a large or small meal. 2 full bathrooms was a nice luxury to have as well. Wasn’t able to check out surrounding area much but very close to the river and the lake which is very convenient.

Great location for near by attractions

We enjoyed this cabin as a great place to return after a long day of hiking and sight seeing. It was well maintained and offered a very relaxing atmosphere.

We were very comfortable at this cabin. When exploring both Marquette and Munising, this is a great location in between the two. Beds were super comfortable. The cabin is well-equipped. When we arrived, the floors were clean - everything was clean!

This house is just as the pictures show, great place, in a small town close to the water and Munising and Marquette. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when in the area.

Very nice accommodations, most days we were out and bout exploring the many waterfalls, evenings were nice with cooking over the fire pit and enjoying s’mores

For us, there are too many negatives. When you arrive, you see a plaque that says, “If something offends you, let us know and we can have a big laugh”. There were some things that were offensive. We would not want to bring kids here. The linoleum floors look OK, but they laid linoleum over top of a very bad subfloor. You can feel boards sticking up and, in some places, have penetrated the linoleum flooring. Other areas, you can feel depressions. The furnace is in the main living area and is very loud. The house does not have central A/C or heat. There is no cable TV and only the TV in the living room is a smart TV, so you need to use your phone with your streaming services and cast them to the other TV’s.Positives include new appliances, a very large smart TV in living room and a large bar area. It felt like we were staying in a frat house. You cannot see the lake from the property.
