Amazing Place!

We were in town for a family wedding and the house was a perfect place to stay with family and some bridal party members. Plenty of space, access to the beautiful beach, amazing sunrise and sunset views from the top and more. Highly recommend this property!

Rented this house for my 50th birthday with friends. Everything was amazing.

The pictures do not do this property justice. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

beautiful views

house is beautiful with amazing views of ocean and beach. loved the decor and finishes in the house. only complaint is that it should be noted there is no golf cart with this property on the listing and HOA will not allow you to rent one

Excellent location

This home was beautiful and tucked in a very cozy spot of Watersound. The home was right on the boardwalk of the dunes, with a short yet captivating walk from the back steps to the sandy beach. We are a large family with children ranging in age from newborn to 16 and each child had a phenomenal time with plenty of space. There are walking paths throughout the neighborhood, we took bike rides daily, and we were able to enjoy the community parks and pool as well. Highly recommend this location and this property.

Great for a work family retreat

We had a great time at this property. Layout was perfect to give each floor some space from eachother with also great common areas. Was lacking in a few first essentials if you hadn’t been able to make it to the store right when you got there (an extra trash bag, beach towels, maybe some Tupperware to use) the pool was fantastic with the heat and it was a perfect location for the beach without being near everyone on the beach. Would definitely recommend and come back!!

September 2018 Stay

Our group (11 ladies) truly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home in Watersound. The only negative was the construction next door. Other than that...our overall stay was amazing. Thank you for the great hospitality by the security staff (especially Mary) & the 360Blue staff.

Beautiful House

Myself and my family enjoyed ourselves at this property very much. We were disappointed that use of the elevator was denied. Also, when we finally decided to watch TV, the cable did not work. Also, my daughter cut her hand on an exposed nail in the pool; made host aware, hopefully it's fixed.

Great House at WaterSound that is spacious and well appointed on the beach with a small pool. Easy walk to the private beach via a board walk.

March 2019 Stay

Beautiful house! We have been coming to 30A for over 23 years and have been looking for less crowds. This was wonderfully private with the beach just a boardwalk out the back door. It was perfect for our family of 10 with a grandchild. Hope Watersound can keep the crowds away, we will be back. :)

Fantastic Property. The house exceeded our expectations and plenty of space for large groups, we had 10! Only suggested improvement: Fixtures in various bathrooms could use some light maintenance, drains run slow. Check out time at noon would be preferred instead of 10am.

March 2018 Stay

Simply the best spot in Watersound ! Front row seating to the best sunsets. Nothing to obstruct fantastic Beach and dune views. The house was perfect.....very detailed. Beach accessibility was 100 yards from backdoor. Visiting 30A for 25+years, Watersound still is hanging on to small beach crowds. Great trip.
