Wonderful family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and size of the house. There are a few complaints...the dishwasher is not attached and one didn’t work. The grills were not cleaned and trash left in tiki bar area, mold in the shower on third floor and kitchen equipment was old and some were rusty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the efficiency of the home and the proximity to the beach. The private beach for the Southern Shores Community was wonderful. The road out front is busy but cars immediately stop at the crosswalk for pedestrians to cross. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool as well after a day at the beach. The maintenance of the pool was impeccable, it was crystal clear, as was the hot tub. House was clean upon arrival and the amount of bedroom /bathrooms were sufficient for our large family. There was an ice cream, donut and many shops within walking distance and grocery stores etc. were a few minute drive. All made for a great week with family. We hope to rent it again some day!

Nice house, no follow up!
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house but the issues we did experience were sent in by email and through the hospitality app like we were told too. The fix it forms we filled out and emails sent were not responded to until the Friday before we left. Guess the house will be in better shape for the next guests!
