Visita Phoenix per golf - piscina - shopping. Il Marriott si trova all'estremità nord della 101 a Tatum Boulevard. Il resort è adiacente al JW Marriott Desert Ridge e ha accesso al centro benessere, ai ristoranti, al fiume lento e ai due campi da golf da campionato.

Il complesso di piscine ha molte sedie e cascate. A pochi passi dal centro commerciale Desert Ridge con oltre 80 negozi e ristoranti. I due campi da golf Wildfire (progettati da Faldo e Palmer) ospitano il torneo LPGA Founder's Cup ogni marzo. Phoenix golf offre dozzine di fantastici campi entro 10-15 miglia.

Il resort offre attività per bambini e adulti. Gioca a shuffleboard o lancio del sacco a sacco nel cortile. Goditi la degustazione di birra locale o prepara la tua salsa allo snack bar.

Great host!

David was an amazing host! He went out of his way to help us with a change in number of guests & plans, added another unit to our reservation and changed reservation within a month of our reservation. He sent us a list of recommended activities and places to visit. I can’t say enough good things about David! We had a great time!

The Canyon Villas was absolutely wonderful!! Our family stayed for a week with our 3 little kids. The villa was so spacious and clean. Having a washer/ dryer and dishwasher was huge. The property provided a pack n play and highchair for our baby at no additional charge. We really enjoyed walking around the property, playing games in the courtyard, and swimming in the pools. The pool was stocked with lots of towels and a variety of seating options. The food options at the canyon grille were also very affordable. We spent time also at the JW resort, which is only about a 15 minute walk away. We visited the pools (you only need to get an access card and wrist bands at the Villas front desk to get in.) The JW resort also has a little arcade which our kids enjoyed.Besides those amenities the Villas are close to EVERYTHING. We drove to a bunch of different restaurants, went hiking, and so much more. We’re hoping to come back again!

Wow! What a great and detailed review. Kara asked why other guests are not leaving reviews. It definitely helps new guests with information about the property. I do not have many recent reviews for Canyon Villas because it is my favorite resort. I stay here 5 weeks myself and rent less to guests. Thank you Kara for taking the time to write a full review. Temperatures are usually much warmer, glad you enjoyed the heated pools.

March Break 2021 was the busiest student break ever. Students stuck at home on Zoom said they were definitely not staying home for school vacation. I heard the resort was way busier than normal. People stayed at the resort more because outside activities seemed less safe or were cancelled. I hope you will visit again when Covid is less restraining. I have all of November and Christmas Break reserved.

fabulous vacation

Canyon Villas is a lovely, family-friendly place. Our 2-bedroom villa was spacious, clean, and had all the comforts of home. We went during Easter/ Passover week so reservations were hard to get, but David went out of his way to find us a villa that would work for our family. Staying here also gave us access to the JW Marriott (across the road), which is a 5-star mega- resort. Thanks, David, for helping us put together this fabulous vacation!

Great Place to Vacation...

We had a great vacation, unit was spacious & clean. Lots of kids activities. The place had something for all ages. Beautiful scenic setting. I use a walker and scooter and everything was accessible. David was very attentive and easy to deal with!

The Marriott rooms controller was very helpful recommending the best buildings for you. You did not ask for a roll-in shower, but, I have had other guests with disabilities who took advantage of ADA units with roll-in showers. Great property, great owner

Canyon Villas is an outstanding property for families traveling to Arizona for Cactus League games. David is an excellent host, and provided helpful information about the property and the surrounding area.

Perfect place for families

My husband, myself and our two teenaged sons (15 and 12) enjoyed a wonderful week in the sun in a 1 bedroom villa. The unit was perfect - a spacious living, dining room and kitchen and master bedroom. Nice finishings as well. The grounds are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the main pool and amenities. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the proximity to Desert Ridge Mall which had many of the restaurants and stores we needed including an Albertson's for groceries. David was great to deal with and very responsive.

Very Nice Resort and Villa

We have stayed in the villas for over ten years and we are very pleased with our stay each visit. The villas, staff, JW resort and golf are excellent and the staff always provide exceptional customer service. We have rented from David three times and will continue to rent from David as he is easy to deal with and very reliable. We often only require a 1BR villa and David has accommodated us and saved us money in doing so.

Jim, My family checked-in to Canyon Villas for a little winter sunshine this week. I am sure your stay will be much warmer in March. I reserve the highest demand weeks 13 to 14 months in advance and already have a reservation in mind for you. We love Canadians in Arizona. I even added the Canadian Friends and Family Plan to my Verizon Cell Phone.

Clean, friendly, and luxurious!

Very nice resort in a nice area. We enjoyed the pools and courtyard at the resort as well as the pools and lazy river at the JW Marriott next door. A free shuttle takes you to and from there. The location is also very convenient for golf. I have rented from David 3 times in the past 3-4 years and plan to continue to do so in the future.

I only buy ownership at a resort that I would want to use myself. We have stayed many times at Marriott Canyon Villas and it is a great resort. When you rent one of my owner reservations you will get a very nice villa at a good value price.

Many of my guests return year after year. I consider myself an advisor on things to do in Phoenix and other timeshare resorts to experience.

The Marriott Canyon Village is a luxury vacation club resort in North Phoenix. It shares facilities with the JW Marriott Desert Ridge. It has beautiful pools, two championship golf courses and eight tennis courts.

Phoenix has over 300 days of sunshine a year. It is a great destination for a golfer or a baseball fan. As a city of four million, Phoenix has museums, gardens, theater and many other activities.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

You get all the amenities of the resort, spa, golf and the JW Marriott for the price of a Marriott Courtyard.

Marriott always stands for quality. The units are well built and maintained. They were all fully renovated in 2014. Canyon Villas is rated by Interval International in the highest tier of timeshare properties.

The studio side is a very economical vacation home for a couple. The pull-out sofa is a great place for the kids and grandchildren.
