We absolutely loved this home. The home is very well laid out. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of areas to relax. We have stayed in a lot of short term rentals and this was by far the best. The place itself is great but the little things make it exceptional. The beds are comfortable, no cheap mattresses, the pillow are nice down pillows. What rentals do that anymore? A big plus! The area in the garage is full of toys, bikes, surfboards, beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers, tennis rackets, pickleball equipment everything you need for a great trip. The tennis/pickleball court is right outside the backyard.Great place! We will definitely be back.

Fantastic home for our family in a quiet neighborhood. So much space to spread out. We loved all the extras - beach towels and chairs, community pool and tennis court, games and kitchenware. It was perfect!

We loved this property! It was great for our family, and had tons of added beach gear! fyi for family’s with littles, there was a high chair and pack and plays available at the home already. Wifi did not work great, but only the grandparents seemed bothered by that, everything else was great!

This place is amazing! Great location, and the house is even bigger and nicer than the pictures show. The pool and pickleball court are practically in the backyard. We’d spend the day at the beach and other adventures then return to the home in the evening for a grilled dinner on the lanai and swim in the pool. It’s also a short walk to the Hanalei sunset lookout, Princeville trails and Hideaway beach. The bikes were also very fun! We will be back!

Second time staying at this property and I never want to stay anywhere else, Two of the people from our group only came for half the trip so to save a little money I booked a different house that we moved to half way though our two weeks and I wish I never changed houses. This property is amazing. The grounds, the pool, the house is so clean, has everything you need. I was so disappointed I moved us and didn’t book this house the whole trip. It’s so open and easy with larger groups, plenty of space to gather and plenty of space for people to have time to themselves. The pool is right out the backyard, which is so convenient with kids. I love that this is a house also because my kids just love being outside so to come home and they can play in the backyard is amazing. No one in our group of 8 could come up with one single complaint. I am so uncomfortable staying at other people houses and sometimes hotels because I’m a clean freak and this house is immaculate. Also, the kids love the “family shower”, it’s huge, don’t sleep on this property, you will be so happy staying here.

Wonderful vacation

Great home for all ages - spacious, well stocked and lots of beach toys for the kids! We loved the easy access to the pool, we used it every day.Would definitely come back!

Great for young families!

We loved the backyard, landscaping, and small neighborhood…we are already familiar with the location and could have been more perfect to drive to our favorite beaches and restaurants, which you could easily walk to the restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Vacation Home

Although the weather was rainy all week this home provided my family the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together. The kitchen is amazing and the space is large allowing everyone to spread out. We will definitely go again.

WONDERFUL HOME - GREAT HOST

We loved our stay at this home in Kauai. It was a beautiful home with plenty of space to gather the whole family together for meals or hanging out. The pool was very nice. No one was ever there so it was like our private pool. We loved using the surfboards, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, coolers, and beach chairs. I would recommend this home if staying in Princeville. The host was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay.

Wonderful spring break!

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for 2 families and our teens. We cooked breakfast and dinner daily in the well equipped kitchen and there was plenty of seating. The location is great with the pool basically in the backyard and we had fun playing tennis as well. The boogie boards, chairs and umbrella were a great addition so we didn't have to purchase any of those items. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Families

Fantastic time at the house - lots of room and perfect for 2 families with active teens. Walking distance to beaches and nice community pool and tennis courts. Lots of extras to keep the kids busy. Property management company was was super helpful and great with their communication when getting a small issue resolved. Would stay here again!!
