Privata Mare VISTA PER LE VACANZE. Un Affitto balena Crossing si trova sulla costa del North Kohala, nei pressi di Upolu Point, sulla punta nord-ovest della Grande Isola delle Hawaii. Godetevi la vista mozzafiato sull'oceano da questo accogliente casetta di campagna situato su una costa incontaminata appartata. Dicembre fino maggio, guardare le balene maestose, saltando e cantando mentre vi rilassate sulla veranda privata. Magnifici tramonti. moonbows mistica. Goditi i suoni della natura, gli uccelli, le brezze
& balene :) Il gazebo camera da letto, due posti letto ha un letto king size, divano, TV via cavo, Wi-Fi, CD / radio. L'angolo cottura chiuso ha un doppio lavello, due fornelli con forno, frigorifero full size, microonde, tostapane, frullatore, caffettiera. pentole, padelle, piatti. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Tavolo e sedie sul ponte, sedie a sdraio e BarBQ nel cortile. tramonti impressionante!

La vasca da bagno ha un vecchio artiglio piedi vasca con doccia esterna giardino tropicale.
** Inoltre è disponibile THE HOUSE .. due piani, due camere da letto, cucina completa, proiettato in veranda con un ponte avvolgente. Posti letto 5 Panorami incantevoli dell'oceano
 * sentieri escursionistici grande. A pochi passi dal mare e sito di nascita del re Kamehameha e la Mo'okini Heiau. A pochi minuti a Hawi e Kapaau città per grandi ristoranti, gallerie e negozi. L'ottima posizione con 45 minuti di immersione per l'aeroporto di Kailua Kona, e 25 minuti di auto dalle spiagge della Gold Coast Resort e golf. The Tiki Hut is in a beautiful, peaceful location with a wide open ocean view, perfect for gorgeous sunsets and relaxing in the hammock. The room was cozy and just enough space for two with a well equipped tiny kitchen and plenty of refrigerator space. The private bathroom is just a few steps away from the room. We loved the dogs and the host is friendly and responsive.

The cabin was a lovely spot for my partner and I to end our Big Island adventure. We enjoyed the privacy and ocean views and loved being so close to Hawi. We would definitely stay again given the opportunity.

We stayed in the Tiki hut. It was fabulous. We were able to watch the whales from our porch and had a wonderful view of the ocean and Maui. Linda was very gracious and helpful. It was a very relaxing stay. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic location, great views, privacy, clean, practical outdoor shower as well as full bath, hosts Linda and Marty gracious and responsive. Easy access to swimming, snorkeling, hiking. Hawi appealing small town, local fresh produce market, healthy food available. Unspoiled Hawaii.

Peaceful oasis

A Whales Crossing was a fun stay in a unique area with sweeping views and stunning sunsets. Linda was a great host and has a well appointed unit.

Amazing Location

Had a great weekend at A Whale Crossing. Rented the smaller beach shack for a friend and me, and was delighted with the accommodations. Great large yard, easy walk to a lava rock shoreline, wonderful outdoor shower and bath house. Would definitely come back again.

Country retreat

We had a peaceful stay in the tiki hut. We could eat breakfast on the patio and watch whales. The sky was full of stars at night and we could leave the patio slider open for airflow all night. This is a great place we'd recommend for a couple wanting a country retreat.

Beautiful

We stayed 2 nights, and it was extremely peaceful. The main thing to do at the Whale Crossing is to enjoy nature, the birds, the view of the ocean, the quiet and calm. We went into Hawi and hiked one day, then brought dinner home each night from a restaurant in town to enjoy on the little deck. This place is definitely not fancy at all, but the view and serenity are unlike any you will find in Kona.

Paradise!

Linda and Marty are wonderful hosts. We were getting in late so Linda went to the store so we would have breakfast the next morning. If you are looking for a laid back Hawaiian vacation with a local feel then A Whale Crossing is your perfect elixir!!

Glorified camping

Pretty location, great sunset down the road, cost did not equal quality of place. Grounds and accommodations need some TLC. Would recommend if cost dropped by half or more

Perfect Stay in the Perfect Place

Like old Hawaii! Beautiful tiki cottage tucked into a tropical paradise with a 360 degree view of the ocean and Maui beyond. We enjoyed the coastal hike (right next to the property) to historical landmarks while we watched whales breaching off the shore. Great proximity to Hawi, etc in the fantastic North Kohala area. We Loved everything about the place including the sweet and friendly dogs. Linda and Marty were so friendly and perfect hosts. 5 star all the way*****

Remote and relaxing!

If you want a true island experience - stay here! From the amazing view, to the open floorplan to the outside shower (don't panic, there is an inside one too) - this was a relaxing getaway. You are close to a few small towns that have stores and restaurants, but far enough away to have some solitude. All you needs are covered with supplies, amenities and even lots of beach equipment to use! Linda is an amazing host and very kind. We hope to come back soon!

Extraordinary place to just, Be.

We booked 3 nights here to begin a 3 week vacation in the islands. It was great and we wish we had booked the whole first week here. Sleeping to the nature sounds, deep quiet too and then waking to the expansive view! We were able to exhale from our great but very active lives- to reset. Will come back just for the outdoor shower alone and stars alone. All the reviews are true - oh and thanks for the binoculars too.

Always the best!

This was our second stay at the Whale Crossing! Our stays were a few years apart. It was as beautiful as we remembered. We were treated to the wonders of the whales breaching time and time again. Its like being on your own island on the island! If you want total relaxation and seclusion, this is your calling card. Linda and Marty are simply the best hosts. We can't thank them enough for our adventures there. This is a must vacation cottage.

Views, Whales, Solitude

If you're looking for a real Hawaii experience away from the crowds and tourist areas, A Whale Crossing is for you. The accommodations are a little tight and the kitchen is basic, but it's actually very comfortable. The bath cabana is great and the outside shower was hot. The views from the deck were amazing and just below there's plenty of room to play fetch with the dogs on the extensive lawn area. Linda was a wonderful host. If you love the 4 Seasons or Mani Lani you probably wouldn't be searching VRBO for a unique, out of the way place to stay, so take a chance - you won't be disappointed.

My favorite stay in Hawaii

First off, this isn’t your classic vacation rental. It is the cutest tiki hut with a separate bathroom building. No AC but not it’s not really necessary with the ocean breeze , ceiling fan and screens all the way around. Beautiful decorated. Owner even provided robes and sleep masks! We loved waking up to the ocean view visible right from the bed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Owners dogs were a bonus! They were friendly but not intrusive.

We stayed in the Tiki Hut on the property (there is also a separate guest house). Location is amazing. There is stupendous unobstructed broad ocean view straight to Maui on clear days with fantastic sunsets (right from our bed). It is 10 minute (easy) drive to Hawi where there is food, ice cream, and a market. Nearby restaurant choices (within 20 mins) are limited as this is a rural area. There is a rocky beach (too rough for swimming) just a short walk down the country road and an archaeologic site 2mi down the Ali Kahaki coastal trail. Linens, bed, bathroom very comfortable and private, quite well done. Setting is so charming. We personally loved the open air design (some windows cannot close- have only screens). Kitchen well-stocked for basic meals. Note that stove/ oven are limited in size/ output, and (as our hostess mentioned) this is the country and you will see critters. We loved it! Extremely relaxing, away from it all, perfect place to watch the sun setting over the ocean.

It's the best.. very private in the countryside. Awesome ocean and sunset views. You can see Maui and enjoy stargazing under our dark skies. It's a Hawaiian Experience...

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Very Historical... Walking distance to the ocean. Awesome Views!! Surrounded by 850 acres of Bishop Estate pasture land. Very Private... Whales give birth in the bay in front of our property.... Very Cool!! Some times the whales will wake us up at night flapping their tail and with their song. We have boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs and even suntan lotion so come play.
