AMAZING!

Amazing stay! Would 100% recommend for anyone with a large group. The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. Also, the location is great.

Jamaica Retreat

Staff was great, house was great, pool bigger than in picture and great outside living area. Meals prepared by staff were better than anything we ate out. Wonderful accommodations for our business retreat.

Great property, great people

The villa, terraces and pool are large and can comfortably handle 20 people. The staff were terrific. The neighborhood is full of very high-end properties and is secure.

50th Birthday Trip

We really enjoyed our stay……. from the time we checked in until the time we checked. The cook was AMAZING!! The breakfast and the dinner was everything. Comfortable beds. We will be back for another stay.

Summer hill Haven

Property was beautiful. Staff was fantastic. Pool was unbelievable. Enjoyed access to half moon. Food was delicious. Great security. Overall, loved our stay and the property.

Group Trip

This is my second time and it was better than the first. Love all the upgrades. The beds are comfy. The Chef was amazing. Everyone was so nice. I will be returning again soon.

Fun Times in Montego Bay

Great Trip with some our best friends and family. Dez/Patricia took great care of us the entire time. Dez always found a way to get what we needed. He knows a "guy that knows a guy". The photos and description are right on the money. Having access to the resorts across the road were a huge bonus. Beach, Pool, Food, and Drinks were great. If you are looking for a great getaway in Montego Bay, this place is it.

60th Birthday Celebration

The property was fabulous. Very clean, spacious and awesome location. Transportation with Ken's company was excellent and affordable. Close to airport, shopping and the beach. House staff was great. I would suggest food be served hot and that the chef stick to the menu requested. I don't mine throwing in extras, but at least provide what's requested. The staff was great and friendly.

Great stay through a historic storm

We are return guests of this home. We cannot say enough of how amazing the staff is at making our experience great. Even through experiencing a hurricane that took away power, WiFi, and water for the area, the house and staff were prepared and they worked extra hard to maintain our experience as much as possible. We appreciate all the hard work, especially the fearless leader: Ricky. We would certainly return again, though perhaps not during a Hurricane. Thank you working so hard and saving our experience.

Yah Mon, No Problem!

My extended family stayed here for 10 days over Xmas and New Years eve. We had 8 kids that ranged in age from 9 months to 11 years, and roughly 9 adults. The house was more than adequate to handle a group of our size and the property allowed us to spread out so you never felt like you were on top of eachother. We spent 90% of our waking hours at the house in the outdoor living room and by the pool (which were great). The staff was amazing and super attentive to our kids and adults alike. The food was very yummy, and they were super accommodating to the kids, and some adults, peculiar eating habits. Access to the beach club was a huge bonus as the kids could go play in the sand all day and eat lunch on the beach. Great property, Great Vacation and a wonderful Jamaican Experience

Highly Recommend SummerHill Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summerhill Villa and highly recommend it to anyone. We had 3 families and the 9 bedrooms and swimming pool was a big hit with the kids (and adults). It was close enough to beach (free 2 minute shuttle) and being able to use the half moon resort was awesome. What made the stay amazing were the caretakers. Ricky (butler) was off the charts in accommodating us. Rohan (chef) made us the amazing meals every day. He is sending us his recipes. Sandra and Pauline (housekeeping) did a great job although not sure how because we barely saw them. They are that good. Ron and Jermaine (security) kept us safe even though we were in a gated home and never needed him although it was great just knowing he was around to make sure we were safe. We plan to visit Summerhill again (if the same staff is there).

Great escape with Family

We had a great time staying at this beautiful home. We brought 3 generations of our family together for our annual family gathering. The layout was perfect and the staff were amazing throughout our stay. Desrick helped make the week feel special as he led the charge in taking care of everything we needed. We would absolutely stay again when we come back to Jamaica

Father's Day, Graduation, Birthday Celebration with family

This was a vacation of a lifetime. Everything involved was excellent the staff, chef, decor all was great. A total of 16 was on this trip and not one complaint. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Really great experience

This is a beautiful property with a top notch staff. Desrick was extremely accommodating, friendly, professional and personable. Personally I think he needs more help. The rooms were gorgeous. It would be nice to have a more packaged deal options with the trip instead of all the separate stuff like transportation. Needless to say, my sister had the birthday party of a lifetime. We want to come back. Wonderful time.

50 th Birthday Girls Trip

This was the most amazing birthday trip !! The house and staff were phenomenal!! Everything was perfect ! The chef outdid himself every evening ! This property is close to the beach . I can’t say enough about how awesome this vacation was .

Awesome house, staff, location!

We stayed here in mid-March 2020 during the COVID-19 outbreak. We loved the idea of being in the house and only having to interact with staff if we didn't want to venture out. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There were 19 of us and we all had plenty of space. The staff (Ricky, Rohan, etc) were amazing. They were very helpful with all of our requests. The meals were better than going out. Having access to Half Moon and the Rose Hall Beach Club were perfect. We could lay on the beach and enjoy the pool and food/drink and then come back to our house. If we come back to Jamaica this house would be first on our list!

FBH Family Bonding Holiday

We had a wonderful welcome of all the staff introducing themselves and giving us a tour of the house so we could decide on room allocations. The pool was lovely and the kids jumped in immediately. I had asked for lifejackets which were delivered. On the website it stated children were welcome so I had assumed that they would have already been there. A box of balls and sand toys would have been nice. We booked a driver for the entire time not realizing we were going to have a huge bus at our disposal - driver was great and very obliging. I felt the staff could have cleaned up while we were at the beach. I had to ask for towels to be placed on the chairs and also there was little effort in setting the table with mats and napkins. I had not expected to have to ask for the table and countertops to be cleaned and also the floor should have been cleaned every day as we had two babies crawling all over the place. the first night we had a bar tender but he seemed to disappear during the week. I take responsibility for the lack of meal direction, I had not realized I had tom order everything. We had to hand over cash daily so we could get supplies. Very expensive. The chef was adequate - he only prepared breakfast and dinner for us as we were at the beach at noon every day. The babysitter was terrific with the babes - they loved her. We woulds recommend the house as it was lovely and accommodated us well. The title floors however were treacherous - especially when wet.

Great House - Great Staff!

We were only there for 4 days and we didn't want to go home! Jamaica is so beautiful and this home is fantastic. The staff, led my Desrick is perfect! We had a wonderful time and are trying to work out a time when it will be good to return! We truly didn't get enough. Everything was perfect!

The house was amazing and the staff was incredible!

The staff really made our whole trip amazing! Rick the house manager was 100% on point the chef prepared outstanding meals. The Villa had many nooks and crannies for everyone to enjoy either together time or alone time. We would definitely recommend this Villa!

Fab

Loved the staff and the location. Easy to chill at the house or walk down to play golf at Half Moon. Easy to catch the shuttle over to Half Moon and hang out on the beach, play tennis, spa etc. Half Moon is building up a lot so we’d go back in a year or two to see what they’ve done.
