Great location. 2 of the bedrooms were a little warm - the shades do not block out the sunlight. There were little tiny bugs all over the kitchen counter, but we did communicate that and they said they would take care of it. I am assuming that happened after we left. Beach access is very easy and convenient.

Perfect place to stay, 11th floor beach-ocean view was Amazing. This was a perfect place for our group. I think the furniture could be a little newer, the chairs were comfortable, but seemed stained, they used covers to cover it up. Overall this was one of the best places we have stayed coming here so far. Loved the view from the 11th floor balcony. Very comfortable.

The property was very nice and has a great view, although it needs a deep cleaning. We had to request the a/c filter to be changed because it was so dirty, it was affecting the airflow. The maintenance person apologized for it being so bad and said it must have been overlooked. The walls and ceilings around all vents are covered with dust. Baseboards and areas around light switches are nasty and are in need of cleaning. The floors were not cleaned. They are in bad need of a good mopping. My white socks were quite disgusting after just walking from the bedroom to the kitchen. The water pressure went out the second day. I called the emergency line and the rental company sent a person to check it. He failed to tell the property manager about the issue, so once we asked them when it would be fixed, they said they didn’t know about it, the repairman didn’t bother to let the maintenance crew know it was out. After wasting half the day being told we had to be there and couldn’t leave, it was repaired. There’s no communication between SPI and Inverness. The ceiling is pretty, but in need of repair. The people that stayed before us apparently stole the coffee maker, we had to get a new one from the rental company. I must say, this was one of the best equipped kitchens in a VRBO that we’ve ever stayed in. Be sure to bring your own beach chairs and towels, there are none provided. Overall, this was a great place to stay, it just needs someone to better clean and maintain it.
