Trascorri le tue serate al porto turistico o in centro con una favolosa cena e cocktail in uno dei ristoranti storici. Questo appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni può ospitare comodamente sei adulti ed è dotato di tutti i comfort per un soggiorno piacevole e riposante. La proprietà si trova su una piccola isola e comprende una spiaggia e una terrazza solarium, piscina, vasca idromassaggio, campi da tennis, noleggio di motoscafi e noleggio bici locale, paddle board, kayak e golf cart. La struttura è completamente attrezzata con sedie a sdraio, teli mare, ombrelloni, giochi da spiaggia per bambini, una boogie board, un set completo di pentole da cucina, padelle, utensili, ciotole per cucinare e mescolare, piatti, bicchieri da vino e grandi stampi per palline di ghiaccio per lo scotch bevitori. Le camere da letto e i bagni dispongono di tutti i comfort necessari, prese USB e wifi e cavo gratuiti. Libri, giochi e film sono presenti anche per una serata rilassante con la famiglia e gli amici.
Dopo aver trascorso molti anni in viaggio per lavoro e aver avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in molti fantastici hotel e luoghi di vacanza, questo condominio è stato creato pensando a quei comfort. Asciugamani di peluche, fogli con numero di fili 500-700, copriletti e coperte ultramorbidi, cuscini extra, materassi in schiuma gel, colori rilassanti delle pareti, illuminazione d'atmosfera, lanterne regolabili a colori LED nel patio, ventilatori telecomandati, set completo di pentole di alta qualità , pentole e stoviglie, lavatrice / asciugatrice completa, caffettiera, teiera e stampa francese, cavo, lettore DVD, wifi e giochi.

Our stay was wonderful. The location has an amazing view of the bay and the wildlife (dolphins, ospreys, herons, etc.). The unit was clean and comfortable. And the host was caring and helpful. Overall, a very nice experience.

Great condo in Boca Grande

My family spent 4 nights in the condo and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We eloved having our morning coffee on the back patio while watch the dolphins play!

My family had a wonderful stay on Boca grand. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Host was very helpful with recommendations and any questions that we had. Would definitely recommend!

The public beach is not close so prepared to ride in car, rent golf cart or ride bikes. The pool is noisy but clean and well kept. There is a sandbar on the back of the property.

Perfect Vacation

The property has been recently renovated. The property is comfortable and well stocked for all vacation needs. The property has a beautiful view of Gasparilla Sound. We sat on the back deck, drank coffee, and watched the dolphins in the sound. Maria was very helpful when we needed assistance and easy to communicate with. It was such a treat!

So thankful to have stayed here for my first beach vacation with my toddler! I grew up in Englewood but now live in PA. I’m so glad the condo was so well equipped and it was spotless! There was a pack and play, beach equipment, and everything you would need to cook! I did bring my own portable high chair for my son. I will say on the weekends you need to get to the Boca beaches early and make reservations for restaurants when possible. We loved how quiet it was during the week! We wish we had added more nights to our stay. Thank you, Maria, for being so helpful.

Boca Grande stay

We absolutely loved the area! The condo was well equipped. No elevators so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with problems climbing stairs. I thought it was beachfront but I think that was my inability to read the description properly! The beaches are less than 10 minutes away and absolutely fabulous so well worth the drive! The owner was very responsive and friendly and this condo while not on the beach is waterfront and offers beautiful views. Across the street we got to see amazing dolphin shows in the evenings.

Family Vacation

Definitely recommended for a perfect family getaway. This rental is at the entrance of the beautiful Gasparilla Island. Every visit is certainly a treasure with it’s authentic island feel and peaceful environment. Anything you could possibly need for a great beach experience is nearby and the owner took care of all the little details.

Beautiful location

This condominium is located in one of the most beautiful locations in Florida! It was very clean and full of amenities . It’s a short walk across the street from a private beach with chaises and an umbrella.

Perfect Stay

We were very pleased with the condo. The communication with the owner was great and the check-in/out process was easy. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the things you need while traveling. Very nice to have condiments and spices for use in the kitchen. The kids enjoyed the beach toys and the adults loved having beach chairs. Great views off the screened porch. Boca Grande North complex is so well maintained and the pool was perfect for the post beach afternoon swim.

My husband and I and 2 other adults (family) all stayed at Property ID 969979, a Waterfront Condo on Boca Grande.. Boca Grande is beautiful and the 2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo was lovely.. It had everything we could have needed, wanted & more. Our 2 week stay was perfect. We will definitely return. Maria, the owner was very easy to reach and always willing to accomodate our needs.

I first came to this island as a teenager, and it quickly became part of my life story. I even attended my high school prom here, creating memories that stayed with me for decades.
