Great property, awesome hosts. Home was immaculate and everything is kept in good order. Quiet property kept in excellent condition with very nice ocean view deck, easy pool and beach access. We will be coming back.

Beautiful condo, steps from one of the most magnificent beaches in the US. Very secluded this time of the year. The property is very well maintained inside and out. We loved decorating. It was thoughtfully put together. The condo was clean and very convenient to live in. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Bed was super comfy. The air conditioner kept the environment just the way we wanted. We were surprised we could hear the surf from our private patios. Nice surprise! We could also see the beach from the condo. We loved that. It really is 50 steps from the beach. Our hosts checked on us by email. That was very nice. When we had a question about check in we called the phone number we were given, left a message, and within a minute received a call back even though it was 9 o'clock at night. That was service! We highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Boca Grande. The condo had everything we needed for our stay…..fully stocked kitchen…nice beach chairs..and towels and a great view of the pool and the beach! Wonderful!!!!

All our expectations were met! Since it was a rare cold week for FL, we especially appreciated the warmly heated pool and ease in using indoor heat a few days. We ate at the condo most days so we greatly appreciated the extensive kitchen utensils.

This was a wonderful condo with great amenities and close to everything we wanted to do. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The pools and grounds were well maintained and the beach was beautiful. We enjoyed restaurants in Boca and spent several days on the waterways boating and fishing. Looking forward to coming back.

Peaceful paradise

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay here. We hung out at the pool, took the beach chairs out to watch the sunset and enjoyed the deck early in the morning. I highly recommend it and hope we have the opportunity to stay here again!

We’ve been staying at Sea Oats my entire life and it never disappoints. This is our first time renting through VRBO, and it was easy and lovely. This condo is beautiful, clean, nicely appointed, and well stocked with beach essentials and kitchen necessities. The lanai has an open side for sun, and a nice view of the pool and the ocean. They have done a full overhaul on landscaping since the hurricane and it looks beautiful. The kids lived in the pool. No complaints, our family holiday stay was as perfect as ever!

A Grand Week in Boca

Our first time in Boca - very enjoyable!! Loved our condo - spacious, nicely decorated and well-appointed - especially the kitchen. Beach was amazing - large, flat and easily walkable. Large, heated pool - great for swimming laps.First-class restaurants on & off the island. Everyone we met were so friendly. Looking forward to getting back to Boca !!!

Everything about this home is perfect! Beautiful furnishings, everything you could want and imagine in a kitchen, ocean and pool view... Absolutely amazing! Our family of 4 was so so happy here, and plan to come back every year!

A Little Slice of Heaven

We have stayed at Sea Oats for years. Joy and Dennis's apartment is terrific. It has everything you would possibly need and the corner unit provides lots of extra light. We would stay there again in a minute.

Great condo. Would recommend.

We loved our condo at Sea Oats. The own and property manager very nice. Condo was clean and felt like home. Tons of cookware and items to make sure your stay each. View of beach, just steps away. Great pool and grill area with an herb garden! Definitely recommend.

Great location. Quiet, away from town. Grounds are kept up well. Pace is slow, few on beach, many shells. Grills kept up and hot tub clean also. Host did everything right to rectify a poor cleaning job. So I won’t go into detail. Do try eating at Marina, Gasparilla Inn, pink Elephant and certainly have a cocktail at Gasparilla Inn as well. Hudson’s is over rated and Newlin’s had great summer salads but bad attitudes all 3x we grabbed something. Had beautiful weather and caught a ton of sharks!

Sea Oats March 2024

This Sea Oats unit was very clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. The condo complex itself sits directly on a beautiful stretch of beach and has a nice, family friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone looking for a relaxing, joyful beach vacation. Joy was a pleasure to work with in advance of our stay.
