Good rental for families. The property has a lot of the personal property (clothes, food in the freezer, etc) of the owners in the home. That didn’t bother us but I thought it was worth mentioning. The location of the property is excellent.

Great family vacation rental!

Excellent location, responsive owner

The location is ideal for walking to the pool and a short bike ride to the lodge. The owner was very responsive when we had questions or small problems which I always appreciate.

Great location near Glaze Meadow

Spacious, well-furnished, good floor plan for a group with varying ages. Wrap-around deck provides shade or sun all day.

Excellent Location!

Our family of 6 adults and 5 young children so enjoyed our stay at this lovely home, close to Glaze Meadow Recreation Center, with easy access to bike paths and a short distance to the pool and tennis courts and a nice playground for young children. The home has comfortable beds for a large family group, a well stocked kitchen, tons of games and books for all ages, an easy check in process, and the host (Kathy) was super responsive and very gracious in her communication with me. There are several areas inside and outside for adults and children to gather, providing opportunities for group interaction, one on one, or quiet space for individuals. Our family hopes to come back next year!

Perfect location for all ages!

We loved our stay here! The house was comfortable & easily fit our family of 6. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, the couches and beds were very comfortable and we loved the porch! There is an impressive book collection for all ages, as well as family games. The location was great - a short walk to Glaze Meadow pool, as well as tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and the bike path is at the end of the driveway. There were a lot of people around but we still felt like we had privacy on the deck. We have teenagers and 'tweens' and they all loved it! I had some questions and one of the owners, Kathy, was quick to respond and very helpful.

Older but comfortable

This home is one of the older homes on the ranch. It has a lovely conversion of the garage (?) into a large room with double bunks and bathroom. Things you should know before renting: great location on the ranch, older home but very comfortable for a large group, deck is in need of repair but owner let me know it is scheduled to be replaced. The home doesn't have bikes, so bring your own or rent! The kitchen is overflowing with plates, cups, etc but is on the smaller side. As always, we had a great visit!! Thank you Kathy and Co.

Perfect vaction rental for our grandchild

We had a wonderful stay. The home came equip with all the necessities for a four year old. Our grandson loved all the legos and lincoln logs. There is a very extensive Disney Movie library, which was much appreciated at the end of a very active day. The location of the home is within walking distance to the Glaze Meadow Pool, it took us at most 7 to 10 minutes. Kathy, the owner was very responsive to all my questions. She got back to me the same day, often within minutes of when I sent my email. If you are vacationing with children or grandchildren you can not stay in a better location to the pool, bike rental, tennis courts ect..

Great family home!

We had multigenerational family with us- grandparents, kids, to grand kids and the home was perfect. We’ll appointed, ample space and Kathy was a gracious host! Highly recommend this house and would love to come back in the future!

Great Location w/4 bedrooms

We needed 4 bedrooms for 3 adult children + spouses, 2 babies and us. This house was perfect for us! A connector bike path runs very close by and the Glaze Meadow complex is a 5 min. walk. Even so, the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and relatively private. There are a couple of safety issues that I will address with the owner, however. The lack of air conditioning should be considered, especially with the funky screens and window shades.

Great Family Home

This home is perfect for a large family or multiple families! The bunk room is perfect for kids or teens. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with the host regarding any issues or questions was wonderful!

Excellent house, furnishings, location!

This house suited us perfectly with enough space for 8 of us, and in our favorite location in Black Butte, near Glaze Meadow tennis, pool, etc. The living room furniture was comfortable, the dining area spacious, and the kitchen very well equipped. The only slight negative feature was the lack of cable TV, but we had a chromecast device in our group so could get limited coverage of some sports and news. But the house has Netflix available which was a definite plus! Overall a great week for our group!
