Black Butte Style & Comfort Close to Glaze Meadow Rec Center-4 bedrooms + loft

Dear Sarah: We are glad that you enjoyed the house. We do want to clarify for other guests that our rules state the $2,500 fee and eviction for four critical rules that can (and have in the past) caused damage to the house and/or our neighbors, and not for any rule infraction. These four rules are: Gatherings/parties in excess of 14 without prior approval, no smoking, no pets and a note that the wood fireplace is non functional and shouldn't be used. These are stated on our listing. The pool towel fee is one that many other houses have also started to impose due to frequent towels not being returned. We try to work with guests if they have questions and concerns and appreciated you reaching out to notify us of your requests for excemption to the gathering rule. We also understand that things happen and are reasonable with our guests, especially if they communicate with us. i.e. accidental damage to a towel will not cause a fee. We do try to work with guests and be flexible while also ensuring the house stays in good shape for the next renter, particularly in the summer. I hope your trip was a good one. We hope you continue to enjoy the Ranch in the years ahead.
