Posizione privilegiata nella Contea di Summit. Vicino a CINQUE stazioni sciistiche! Frisco ha anche sci nordico, racchette da neve, castelli di ghiaccio, tubi, gite in slitta e molto altro!

Tre camere da letto, due bagni e un garage riscaldato a pochi passi dal lago Dillon e dalla pista ciclabile. Splendide viste sul Gore Range, sulla Buffalo Mountain e sul Lago Dillon attraverso le finestre panoramiche situate in questa unità terminale. Facile accesso a tutta la Contea di Summit in auto o con i mezzi pubblici. Meno di cinque minuti a piedi dalla pista ciclabile sul lago Dillon, circa 1,6 miglia sul percorso per Frisco e circa 5 miglia sul percorso per arrivare a Dillon. Centinaia di chilometri di sentieri per escursioni a piedi e in mountain bike a pochi minuti!

Tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici con una cucina ben arredata per quando hai voglia di cenare con la famiglia e gli amici. Nuova griglia sul ponte per serate "surf and turf". Dirigiti nella tua vasca idromassaggio personale dopo una giornata di alpinismo e finiscila con la tua bevanda preferita accanto al camino. Tutti i comfort di casa e altro ancora.

La camera da letto al piano principale ha un letto matrimoniale e uno schermo piatto personale, proprio accanto al bagno completo. Il letto estraibile rialzato viene riposto sotto per maggiore comodità.

Al piano superiore loft master ha un letto king size e la master suite è dotata di vasca idromassaggio con idromassaggio e ampia doccia. Le vanità doppie offrono molto spazio per iniziare la giornata.

La terza camera da letto è uno spazio studio appena fuori dalla master suite con un divano letto doppio e estraibile estraibile estraibile sotto. Le viste a sud e ad est sono tra le migliori della zona.

Un pacchetto portatile e gioca con un fasciatoio e un seggiolone sono disponibili per i più piccoli, quindi non avrai il pacchetto più del necessario.

Tre schermi piatti hanno tutti Xfinity per catturare il grande gioco o il tuo spettacolo preferito e il WiFi ad alta velocità gratuito è disponibile ovunque.

Questo complesso di appartamenti si trova a Frisco e vanta una posizione strategica in montagna. Copper Mountain Ski Resort e Breckenridge (stazione sciistica) sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, il non plus ultra è Main Street. Dillon Amphitheater è un'ottima meta per una serata fuori, e anche The Colorado Angler è una buona destinazione, se viaggi con dei bambini. Clean, convenient, and comfortable!

Kirk’s place was so inviting and accommodating, we almost never wanted to leave! We were in the area to ski and the convenience of Kirk’s property was perfect. Check in was smooth and easy! We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Great Location

The place was great! It had everything we needed...nice kitchen, comfortable beds and a mountain view out the living room window. We really loved the location too. It’s close to downtown Frisco and the lake. You can walk or ride bikes to each location. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an exceptional experience, all around. Kirk was very helpful throughout the process, and checked in with us regularly. The house exceeded our expectations and had all of the amenities to be a home away from home for a week. The location was perfect, with no more than a 10-15 minute drive to anywhere we needed to be (Breck, rental shop, grocery store, and restaurants). 10/10 would recommend! We will be back next year. Thanks a lot!

Excellent

This is a very nice , modern condo and is well furnished and equipped.. We especially appreciated all of those little details, condiments, utensils, etc in the kitchen. Location is excellent, central to the ski areas, shopping and restaurants and is easy to drive to. The owner is personally involved in the rental and is very responsive.

Quality, location and comfort....Everything you could ask for

As a property owner myself through this website, I can especially appreciate the importance of quality rentals. This is absolutely it. The location is perfect for access to local activities, shopping, restaurants and pretty much anything you will need in Summit County. The layout and furnishings were all top grade. I would definitely come back again and would recommend that you do the same.

This is a really great condo. We loved the extra perks, the hot tub on the deck, the full kitchen, and how meticulous everything was. The owner was so attentive to our needs. He made every effort to our needs and really treated us like a friend. He made every effort to see to it that our stay in Frisco was memorable . . . and it really was. Thank you!

Location, beauty and attention to detail!

This townhome was a perfect place to stay! Very close to many ski resorts and activities but the town was small enough that it wasn't crowded with tourist. Anything needed as far as food, groceries or any other items were within 5-10 min. Highway was also very close. Home was beautiful and spacious! It was my husband , our three kids ( two , 11 year olds and a 3 year old ) and I. We all had a great experience! Owners were very informative and responded quickly to questions. Would DEFINITELY love to return!

Perfect Snowy Family Getaway

Our family enjoyed a comfortable stay for a week long skiing vacation over spring break. The townhome had plenty of room for our children (5, 11, 14) to spread out and the private hot tub was a welcome relief at the end of a long day on the slopes. Our first night coincided with the historic snowfall of 2021 and Kirk went out of his way to communicate with us prior to check-in and throughout our stay which helped us beat the weather and make it through the pass before roads and the airport were closed. The location to Copper Mountain was excellent. It literally is a 5-7 minute drive down the highway...easy on/off. We even had dinner on quaint Main Street in Frisco which is a short drive too. The townhome is very near to shops for any supplies, souvenirs, or food you might need. We would highly recommend a stay here and would return in the future!

Frisco girls trip

This house was so amazing, everything from the hottub to the games and the view. The loft was a great place for everyone to gather. To reiterate the hot tub when it snowed on the last day was the best part. Kirk was awesome. The check in and out was very smooth and easy. He was very accommodating to our travel schedule. Everything that we needed was within walking distance, if not it was fairly easy to get an Uber. My girls and I have a great time. I highly recommend this house. It was also easy to get to our snowmobile tour and the skiing at Breckenridge. Lots of pizza place didn't deliver here but when we did find one it was the best pizza!

Clean, spacious, and great location. Very easy communication with owner. Nice to have private garage parking as well as a small private hot tub. Lots of stairs, but not a problem for us. Would definitely recommend a stay here in the mountains!

We moved to Colorado in the early 90's and our family has been heading up the hill to Summit County for over 20 years. There is a magic in this place that transcends the peace and serenity of Rockies to the people who live and visit here. We have loved fly fishing, hiking, skiing, biking and photography in this area and loved being surprised about how much we learn every time we come up here.

The location of this property being just steps from a quiet part of Lake Dillon was huge to us, and the previous owner throwing in two kayaks did not hurt either. The combination of walking out your door to get to exploring the lake or local shops and restaurants along with the short drives to fishing, hiking or skiing is exactly what we were looking for in a mountain home. Add that to the views in three different directions from either floor of the home makes this a great place to relax when you are inside between adventures.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This home is unique in that you are so close to everything by foot, car or the Summit Stage. We also love the space and views that this home has to offer and everything is complemented by the amount of natural light you get everyday. Personally, I have never had a heated garage and it is a real blessing when you are prepping to get out and get going for the day. We truly hope you can enjoy the blessings of experiencing such a gorgeous place in our mountains and have the creature comforts our home has to offer.
