Cottage accogliente e pulito a Narragansett, vicino alla spiaggia!

Vieni a soggiornare nel nostro adorabile cottage estivo, situato nella splendida Narragansett, RI! Questa casa per famiglie dispone di 3 camere da letto matrimoniali e un bagno che è stato aggiornato nel 2016. Ogni camera da letto e il soggiorno ha TV a schermo piatto a parete di grandi dimensioni, ognuna con accesso a NetFlix. La casa dispone anche di WiFi. NOTA: Lenzuola (lenzuola e asciugamani) non sono inclusi nel noleggio, ma possono essere disponibili a noleggio a un costo aggiuntivo. Vi prego di contattarmi se siete interessati.

La cucina è completamente fornita di tutti i comfort! Ha un frigorifero di dimensioni standard, fornello a gas / forno, microonde, tostapane, caffettiera e frullatore. Ha un sacco di pentole e padelle, posate, vari utensili da cucina, oltre a molti piatti e posate.

Il nostro cottage è ottimo per le famiglie! Si trova vicino a un parco giochi, campi da tennis e da basket e un campo da baseball. Forniamo giochi e giocattoli per bambini per il tuo uso durante il soggiorno a casa nostra.

La nostra casa si trova a breve distanza a piedi o in auto da Scarborough State Beach, a breve distanza in auto da Roger Wheeler State Beach o Narragansett Town Beach.

La casa dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata per il massimo del comfort dopo una calda giornata in spiaggia. C'è un grande cortile per far giocare i bambini mentre cucini la cena o griglia sulla griglia a gas barbecue del cortile. Il ponte ha un tavolo, sedie e un grande ombrellone per rilassarsi. C'è anche una grande buca per il fuoco: ottima per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata di divertimento al sole!

Il bagno recentemente rinnovato ha una vasca di dimensioni standard e ospita una nuovissima lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Sunset Farms, situato in fondo alla strada, è il luogo ideale per raccogliere carni locali e produrre per la griglia, nonché legna da ardere per il nostro focolare nel cortile.

Il mercato degli agricoltori al Fisherman’s Memorial Campground la domenica è un'altra grande risorsa per prodotti locali, carne, uova e altre prelibatezze locali fatte a mano.

Il molo di Narragansett ha un eccellente gruppo di negozi e ristoranti. Il gelato di Nana e il ristorante TRIO sono favoriti personali!

This cottage is located in a quiet area near beaches but off the main road. The kitchen had all the essential dishes, pans and utensils etc if you’re preparing your own meals. Very nice grill and private backyard. Beds were very comfortable. Host was extremely prompt and friendly in communication. Would recommend for a family.

Everything was great! The owners were great about communicating with us and we had no issues. The patio, outdoor area, fire pit and kitchen were amazing! The parking area was huge and so convenient to unload our beach stuff into the side/back yards. The outdoor shower was amazing as well. We had a great time and will definitely be back next year!

Lovely beach house

We loved our stay here and the house had everything we needed. It was handy to have a coffee shop and diner nearby and you can even walk to the beach. We will definitely come back to the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked. Quiet neighborhood with a great back yard. Plenty of room to park more than one vehicle. We really appreciated lots of empty cabinet space in the kitchen for our own supplies. Lovely home!

Summer Girls Getaway

Property is at an ideal location. Close to beaches and shops. Clean, nice open concept and well cared for. Nice outdoor shower enjoyed by all. Only qualm needs dishwasher or deeper kitchen sink. Would definitely stay there again!

What a lovely cottage to spread out, relax and enjoy! Inside is light with brilliant sunshine. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy packing up for the day at the beach or cooking fresh local seafood for dinner. The outside patio has a grill and a great seating for dining. Most evenings, we enjoyed sitting by the fire. This is our second stay and we look forward to returning to this sweet, peaceful place. peace and quiet

My sister and I enjoyed our stay, we had all the conveniences of home and the neighborhood is so nice , just a short car trip of 5 minutes to Scarborough beach ! We got some much needed rest , just what the doctor ordered :)

Beach time

The spacious house was full of natural light, well equipped and very comfortable. Our hosts were great! They were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. After a day of sun and swim, the home has a lovely outdoor patio space to shower, dine and later relax by the fire stove. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return trip!

The home had everything we wanted.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It had central air, celing fans in all the bedrooms., also tvs in all the bedrooms. It also had updated bathroom with new washer and dryer. It also had spacious back yard with fire pit which we enjoyed. Called Megan home owner with question, and was very helpful, hope to stay there next year!

Fun in Narragansett!

The house was exactly as described and the neighborhood was very nice and friendly. The house was clean and a little larger than I thought. Plenty of the essentials and the patio was very nice with a new grill. No negatives. The hosts were awesome and made sure we were up and running. Thanks Megan!

Stop looking. You’ve found the perfect spot for a vacation at the beach. Gracious, helpful hosts. Comfortable, cute home with amenities galore. Close to beaches, restaurants. We spent June 2023 there, and we had to tear ourselves away. Book it! You’ll be glad you did.

Wonderful stay!

We loved this house! The house is clean and cozy and was perfect for our family of four. Our kids (2 and 5) loved having a tv in the bedrooms and the toys/books that Megan left were an added bonus! We packed up a wagon to pull our beach stuff and the kids and we’re able to walk to Scarborough beach which we visited several times. The location is great for exploring the area too! We drove into Newport a couple of times and over to mystic, ct. Did an afternoon in watch hill RI, it was cute with little shops, lighthouse, and an old merry go round. Our kids loved Adventureland that was right down the road and the moo moo ice cream shop. We placed a pick up order for groceries at stop and shop on the way down and had everything in the house we needed for cooking in. The area is beautiful and we hope to come back, would definitely recommend Megan’s house!

My husband and I are Rhode Islanders: I was born and raised here; my husband went to URI and never went home. Loving Narragansett so much, we decided to settle down here to raise our family and are happy to call this great town our hometown!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We have owned this home for many years; we called it 'home' for many years before starting a family. My children have enjoyed vacationing at 'the Durkin house' (as they call it) and we have loved building fond summer memories with them there. Narragansett is a wonderful town for summer vacations, with its many beaches, playgrounds, parks and festivals.

The house is a perfect getaway from wherever you may come from. It's close to the beach, but can also be a great place to relax, whether in the backyard or on the cozy couch with a cold drink, just knowing you're near the beach. We hope you enjoy this home as much as we do!
