Clean and Peaceful

The condo was a great retreat and provided a relaxing stay. The little seacoast town is quaint, but has good restaurants and great access to the beach.

Fun oceanside condo

We enjoyed our stay in Imperial Beach. The condo is compact, but has all necessary equipment and is in a great location. The neighborhood is friendly and within walking distance of restaurants.

Just Right

It is s pleasant apartment condo and it worked perfectly for our stay to do the Iron Man Triathlon. Matina was very helpful and always answered our questions promptly.

Steps from the beach

Condo is located in a great neighborhood, steps from the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, silverware and anything you would need to prepare a meal. Bathroom is clean as well as the bedrooms. Beds are comfortable.

Perfect base for our family of 4 for Southern California beach adventure.

The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our beach vacation. Imperial Beach access was a short walk away with beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys available to use. Loved the sound of the ocean waves at night from the living get room window and waking up to the sounds of birds from the estuary out the east bedroom windows. I would definitely recommend this property!

Charming Beach Location

We loved our stay at The Imperial Beach condo. It was clean with a well stocked kitchen, internet access and Netflix. The condo location is so beautiful and serene. We loved the beach. It was an easy drive to San Diego, and the fun outlet mall. The property would get 5 stars if the mattresses were more comfortable.

Great experience, will definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, right across the street from a beautiful, quiet beach. Owner was responsive and nice to work with. Parking was great. Condo was clean and comfortable for our family of 6. We did have a few ants join us for breakfast on the last day.....don't leave your box of donuts out lol. But overall it was fantastic, we will definitely stay here again.

Great beach community condo

The Condo was perfect for our long girls weekend visiting my daughter in San Diego. We were away from the main part of town but close enough to walk anywhere in Imperial Beach. Close to San Diego attractions as well.

Great Location!

We loved being across the street from the beach! I can't say enough how beautiful the beach is here. The water is clear and we could see lots of tiny fish. The sand is wide and clean. The condo itself is charming and clean. We loved having all the extra's like boogie boards, beach toys and netflix. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions and clearly takes pride in her rental. We'll definitely be back!

I want to go back!!!

The condo is a cute and roomy unit on the ground floor that was perfect for our family. It suited our needs perfectly! All necessities were provided, even toiletry samples! I would love to stay here again on our next trip to IB!

Perfect Beach Vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay in Imperial Beach. It was super close to the beach and seemed like a really safe neighborhood. I loved that it was in between the ocean and the estuary. It wasn't anything like the normal craziness of the San Diego area we've stayed in before. My husband is a veteran with PTSD and he was actually able to relax while at the condo, which was amazing! Everything was clean and cozy. No complaints from us! We would absolutely stay there again and I've been spreading the word to my friends!

Great quiet place and close to the beach!

Great Condo!!

My family and I had a great stay, there was plenty of room for all 5 of us, the condo was equipped with everything you'd need and right across the street from the beach. We'd definitely rent it again!!

nice condo in a very untouristy area

We enjoyed our stay in this nice condo in Imperial Beach. It was big enough for our family with 3 young boys. We appreciated the boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys. Nice place which is full of locals and away from touristy areas. Close proximity to Coronado Island and across the street from a nice beach.
