Hi Lisa, thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your concerns and follow up with the owner who would like to clarify the following:- Property Gate: The gate usually requires a code and is secure. If it was open, it might have been due to a recent storm. This is not a common issue.- Pool Gate: The pool gate is part of the community amenities and out of our direct control. It remains unlocked during business hours for guest convenience and is always enclosed by a secure fence.- Master Bath Shower: The loose shower handle was fixed by a repairman the second day after you reported it.We strive for the safety and comfort of all our guests. Thanks for choosing our property for your vacation.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad your family enjoyed the location and pool, and we appreciate you bringing the amenity information to our attention. We understand how important it is for families to know exactly what to expect when planning their vacation, especially when certain activities are part of the reason for choosing a property. Your comments regarding the kayaks, paddleboats, and putt-putt area were helpful and gave us an opportunity to review how the amenities are represented to guests. We appreciate you staying with us and taking the time to share your experience.

Thank you for such a wonderful review! We're so glad the communication was easy, the home was clean and comfortable, and the view added to your relaxing stay. It means a lot to know the features and overall experience matched what you were hoping for. Hearing that you'd recommend this place to others and are already planning to rebook truly makes our day. We hope to get you rebooked again soon and hope all your future stays are just as enjoyable! What a blessing you are ! Thank you - come again soon
