Our vacation in Florence was made even more enjoyable by this wonderful apartment. Situated on the first floor, it’s easily accessible by stairs or elevator. It was so spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect too. Near Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio and walking distance to great surrounding neighborhoods. The kitchen was well-equipped and made meal preparation a breeze. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer, which worked flawlessly during our stay. Indeed all appliances worked wonderfully, and any questions we had were answered through the comprehensive Appliances Guidebook and thoughtfully crafted guidebook on the city. The quality of the bedding and towels was excellent, and we slept soundly, as the bedrooms are situated away from any potential street noise. The check-in process was seamless, and Carlotta was fantastic—thoroughly explaining everything we needed to know, and Anna the House Manager, exceptionally gracious and accommodating, offering invaluable guidance both before and during our stay. She truly went above and beyond, quickly responding and arranging transport for our departure when we discovered the street would be closed for a half-marathon. One tip: Be sure to check the city calendar for local events and plan accordingly. The complimentary wine tasting was an unforgettable highlight and deeply appreciated and our only regret was that our visit was far too brief—but we’re already planning to return next year!
