Struttura fantastica!!!

Struttura bellissima e nuovissima, curata nei minimi particolari. La posizione semplicemente perfetta, la fermata della metro Russell Square è a due passi. Vicinissimo anche il Brunswick center con i suoi molti ristoranti e negozi. Gail's è perfetto per fare colazione, tutto delizioso. Ritorneremo sicuramente presso questa bellissima struttura!

A great building and location. The rooms are in fantastic condition. The local area has everything, including groceries, restaurants and tube station within walking distance. The street can be loud on Friday and Saturday nights, into the morning hours, so bring ear plugs. Unfortunately the staff of this property are not up to snuff. I made a couple of ordinary requests (towels, for example) and they were hand-waved away. The manager was rude to my wife, getting sassy and in her personal space when she had trouble opening the front door. Later, when confronted by me, she changed her tune. Not appropriate behavior for a property of this standard and location. Seems like they’re out of their depth and someone more professional is needed.

My wife and I stayed in a studio flat for 4 nights. The flat was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and we cooked our breakfasts at the kitchenette. Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions, and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout for a few hours, which we appreciated. Our room faced the street, and the traffic could be a bit noisy, with loud exhausts and at times sirens, but we were tired and slept well anyway. The building was easy to find and it was nice to avoid carrying keys as the access is all by keypads. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of dining and shopping options within a couple of blocks; the British Museum is only 2 blocks away and the Russell Square tube station is just around the corner. The area immediately around the station and some of the streets towards Bloomsbury Square seemed like they could be a bit rough at night, but we never felt unsafe walking even late in the evening. Overall we had a lovely time in London and we would definitely consider staying again.

The apartment was exceptional in cleanliness, good space and comfort and high standards altogether. The location was just fantastic for us. We were on the second floor which doesn't have access with a lift which we knew at the time of booking and does need to be considered. Feedback (not complaint) - kitchen scissors would be good in equipment drawer. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It is a quiet location but walkable within 15 min to many attractions, and like new inside the room. However none of the photos showed a room as small as we had, I am used to small European rooms but there was no place to put two carry on size suitcases that was not in the narrow walking path around the bed. So be forewarned of tight space for two.

No lift and we were on the top floor. Check-in could not have been easier. Check-out was also easy and they held our luggage until we came back. The bathroom was tight, but the unit was very spacious. Everything was new and very clean.

Very clean and lovely decor. A little smaller than I had expected but it did the job. Could hear resident on floor above walking around which did disturb my sleep (but I am a light sleeper). Communication, check in and check out was very simple. Would stay again for an overnight business trip as very conveniently located.

Upon opening the front door to this elegant location, we were first struck by the gleaming marble(?) floors. Our apartment was equally gleaming and pristine. I find many accommodations in charming historical settings are not always able to sparkle in this way. We were in the Bloomsbury neighbourhood and location was wonderful and we enjoyed walking to many lovely shops pubs and restaurants as well as being able to conveniently access the Russel Square Tube station. We will definitely return.

Comfort in an excellent location

The room was spotless, comfortable and roomy. The kitchenette worked for our needs. Location was perfect. Food shop, restaurants and first class bakery nearby. Safe neighborhood and two minutes from tube station. We had a minor issue with the safe and the response was swift and the problem promptly sorted. Good communication from the owner. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable - British Museum is near

Space-wise, the deluxe studio we’re assigned (on the lower ground floor) is not roomy. Modern amenities, a nice bathroom (shower only), and the cleanliness compensate for the studio's small floor area. Modern appliances: a 2-burner stove (the manual is on the top shelf), a Nespresso coffee machine, a water percolator, a multi-function microwave, a toaster, plates, cups, and kitchen utensils enable guests to reheat food or even make simple meals! The bathroom has modern fixtures, hot and cold taps with strong water flow for that revitalizing morning shower, and, most importantly, the shower doors have no water leaks! Bring your UK-compatible AC wall adapters. Since there are no USB ports on all the walls, bringing a compact AC power strip (with USB ports) to juice up all your gadgets using just one AC outlet adapter is best. A 32" Smart TV and the spectacularly fast WiFi enabled us to watch our favorites as if we didn't leave the U.S. There's a laundry room (two washers & dryers) in a separate area outside where the garbage bins are. It’s a self-service accommodation in a quiet area near the British Museum and the University of London. A no-nonsense property manager tries to make everything as simple as possible for all guests. If you’re touring the city via the Hop-On Hop-Off bus, stop #37 is just nearby (along A4200) while the Russell Station of the Underground is just spitting distance away – in an area where you can do your affordable shopping!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It was a hot week and the air conditioning was a gift. We loved everyone who we met who managed this property and they were able to get us into our room early which made such a huge difference in the quality of our trip. I would recommend this property for sure!
