The accomodatuon was wonderfully spacious, clean and very close to transit as well as convenience of local supermarkets. And it was wonderful to be close to a park as well. The hosts were very repsonse and courteous and any of our questions

This was a very convenient and comfortable stay! Don’t be too anxious about being a little outside the usual hub of Tokyo sightseeing, as this apartment is on the Keihin-Tohoku train line, which connects you to many other areas of Tokyo and down toward Yokohama and Kamakura very smoothly. We did laundry every day, with the helpful dryer that is included, and went shopping for groceries at the local 24-hour Seiyu. There were many restaurants around, too! For travelers with mobility issues: This could be a good choice in that there is a small elevator up to the room, and travel to/from Omori train station is relatively smooth (intersections have signals, the terrain doesn’t change much, and there are escalators both outside the station and in Atre). But like many Japanese homes, there are small steps up and down between rooms, especially the toilet and bath area. The bathtub could be difficult to climb into and out of without grab bars, although the shower and bath faucet are easy to adjust and use from outside the tub. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay for us, and we welcomed it as a respite after busy days in Tokyo!

A very quiet and safe neighborhood and short walk two metro stations. Very convenient area with shops and grocery nearby. Having a full kitchen and laundry was so convenient. We would stay here again.

This property was very convenient to JR & Local trains. The apartment had absolutely everything you could need and a great information booklet telling you how to use all appliances. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our apartment was a little “dated” as far as the shower and kitchen BUT it was all clean and operational. We loved all the space this apartment offered us and the fact that the grocery store & smaller mall was literally across the street. There also is a nice park right in front of the property. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a place that has a home feel, laundry & full kitchen. Neighborhood was quiet & conveniently located to everything we could ask for.

We had a pleasant stay at Park Residence Omori. The location is quiet and peaceful, even with the park right in front. It's conveniently close to a supermarket, convenience stores, and the train station, making it very easy to get around. A great option for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Unit is spacious and has everything we need for a comfortable stay. The building is old though but completely functional. Washer is the unit is handy. Grocery store and lots of dining options within walking distance. Overall, we had a great stay!

Comfortable stay for family of four. The location is close to train and bus transportation with shopping, convenience stores and dining and Haneda Airport Shuttle nearby. The bedroom is very comfortable. The tatami room smelled like there may have been some mold. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

It was a nice, local accommodation. Walkable to Omori (for Tokyo) and Omorikaigan (for HND) and a Seiya grocery store is nearby. Please keep in mind that Japan is a foreign country, so expectations may be quite different from your home country (noise/speech volume, manners, etc.), and humidity affects the cleanliness of certain areas of the accommodation. If you have any respiratory issues or allergies to slight mold, I would encourage you to consider discussing this issue with the management prior to reserving to make sure the rolm has been checked. Other than this, we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated this quiet, local accommodation.

Although small, it was good enough for a place to sleep at after a long day’s schedule of events. Close enough to walk to the nearest station. Market (food/items) also has a food court. Everything you need within a five minute walk. The dryer took a long time to dry (unless I didn’t have it on the right setting—their instruction book didn’t have a page on the dryer). AC was quick to cool the entire room. It was great!

Fantastic stay - felt more spacious than the photos showed. Super clean, quiet, and in a non-tourist neighborhood of Tokyo - everything felt walkable and very homey. Have already recommended to a few friends and will plan to stay again when we return to Japan. The only thing slightly confusing was the check in process - the email for some reason didn't come through so we didn't know to go around the side to use the touch pad terminal (where the bikes are). We emailed the hotel and they responded right away - helping us get situated - which was a relief after a 14 hour flight!

The check in screen did not show the door code so checking in was a little hectic but the operator was able to help us switftly.
