NO ACCESS. DO NOT BOOK. I booked this hotel after a terrible experience at nearby hotel. I couldn't get access to the hotel and contacted the host but did not get a timely reply so I couldn't get into the hotel. After waiting 1.5hours, I contacted Hotels.com to complain and rebooked a 3rd hotel, which was amazing. I tried to get a refund for this hotel stay thru Hotels.com, but they told me they couldn't reach the property owner (surprise surprise!) so I was denied a refund.

Bedding was dirty and had cigarette burns in it… check in was awful due to wrong information given…kitchen was dirty and so was the sofa! Really awful value for money

I loved that this property was in the heart of things. All kinds of shops very close. The train was just about a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were in the area.

Upon reaching the destination they gave us a code to enter the building and everything then all of sudden they said the room is all full and they cannot accomaodate when we had paid in full. No comminication and no one answered the phone. I had to book last minute in nearby hotel and i am still awaiting for my refund of over £300 . Worst experience ever

Rooms overall were really nice. Good location for Thorpe park, the retail park and a restaurants. However, when entering the property it stunk of stale cigarette smoke.

Comfortable and spacious apartment. Perfect 👌

Spacious, clean and well presented apartment. 2 double bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. We had a really pleasant, comfortable stay and would definitely recommend to others. Right in the town centre but very quiet. Slept so well.

Apartment was excellent, very clean with everything you could need. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the mattress was too thin and I could feel the springs through it, so not very comfortable. A thicker more expensive mattress or at least a thick mattress topper. Would solve the issue. Central location in Staines Upon Thames, so super convenient. Would I stay here again, the answer is Yes.

Excellent stay

Don’t be put off by the exterior of the property. Access is from the rear of the shops. I’ve stayed in two different apartments and both have been clean, well equipped, spacious & comfortable. Lovely & quiet inside the apartment, I didn’t hear any other guests other than the odd door closing. As you’re on the high street there are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The Charles Hope are now my go to apartments if I’m working in the area.

The only real issue that was experienced was access to the property at the beginning. I found this an irritation which was resolved by the support team on the phone. I was worried about the location and it was strange to access from a service road and also that the initial door access was left open a number of times. The room was clean, tidy and a great location.

Apartment was nice and tidy. There was missing some dishes, like glasses. There was no elevator and our apartment was in third floor. One of our guests was in wheelchair, but fortunately was abble to use walking sticks in stairs, but it was a bit hard. Overall I give 4/5 stars.

Good base to sleep and day travel

They really need to emphasize that the entrance is at the rear of the building in a shipping and receiving lot. On the good side: Convenient location for shopping Convenient location for transit Modern kitchen and bathroom On the not so good side: Noisy slamming doors. Hard bed. Lots of stairs to apartments. Limited supplies in kitchen. No view other than trucks loading goods.

The property we stayed in was beautiful, equipped with everything you needed. The only downside was the hot water for the showers ran hot for 1/2minutes then went freezing cold. We did report this and somebody was meant to come out to resolve this but unfortunately the 2 nights we was their the problem didnt get resolved the comunication wasnt brilliant. The matter was never resloved.
