Terrible communication. We arrived earlier on the first day because our flight was changed and asked to check in early, but they didn’t allow it. The reception staff didn’t help at all, claiming they couldn’t do anything and that communication was only possible through WhatsApp. I had to book another hotel because they wouldn’t let us check in early, even though we were willing to pay for it.
The Wi-Fi at reception was terrible, making it nearly impossible to register our fingerprints. On the last day, our checkout was scheduled for 11 a.m., but they shut off our water at midnight. We couldn’t shower or even brush our teeth, despite still having several hours before checkout.
It was a terrible experience from start to finish.
