Cons: *Since no body really lives here, other than a basic needs, some thing you want to have does not exist. Such as, stopper for the bath tub, bug killer (ants and roaches needed to be killed at the beginning), tapper wears. *Bring your own spices and condiments if you want to cook! (there is salt and pepper). Overall: *Great ROI, We would stay again here if it is open the next time. *Shopping mall is developing near by, so things will be more convenient in the future. *Nothing that this place can do but, the gas price in this village is one of the most expensive you can find on the island. Get it at Hilo or Kona.
