The condo is positioned on the 10th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones II design Village Course with Mauna Kea views from the primary bedroom.

Step inside to discover a bright, open-concept living space featuring modern finishes & cooling island breezes. The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need for home-cooked meals or tropical cocktails. Such a sweet, comfortable condo. After initial confusion at check in, all went well. The place was so clean. The very best part was the second floor lanai where we could sit and watch birds in the on the golf course and the trees just off trees just off the deck each morning and evening. Quiet and peaceful. The pool & hot tub were nice as well.

Clean condo, super accommodating staff, Mahalo! The pool and hot tub on site was such a lovely addition. They also had great beach things so you didn’t have to go out and buy your own (beach towels, 2 beach chairs, 2 boards, cooler, noodles, snorkel). Close to a small supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants, or a 25 mins drive to some really nice beaches and restaurants. If I could give it 6 stars, I would!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spacious rental for up to 4 people.Located up hill from Mauna Loa resort it avoids potential hassle with tsunamis.There is one room with air conditioner, but during night it is not needed due to breeze from the volcano above.

The Fairway Terrace Condo was absolutely everything we could have imagined and more. Host was very gracious and accommodating. Our flight was delayed, but they graciously agreed to meet us at the rental car agency to save us some time. Much appreciated. Everything we needed was provided and the condo is in outstanding shape. Would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is staying on the west side of the big island. We hope we can be back some day. Thanks to the hosts for making this such an enjoyable and special stay!

Wonderfully stocked condo in great area!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I stayed a week here for vacation and it was a very well appointed condo. Had everything we needed and was squeaky clean. Mervlyn was excellent to work with and answered any questions we had and gave perfect local feedback and options for things to do. there is a store right around the corner and a great complex pool to hang out at also. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Very clean. Well equipped kitchen with basic items. Enjoyed the Kona coffee on the Lani every morning looking out over the golf course. Comfortable beds. Living room is comfortable for two but could have used another seat for our group of four. Gated parking with convention assigned spot was great to have access to. It took a little extra effort figuring out where to meet the person to get the card but it worked out and they met us at the rental car lot after a coue texts back and forth. Plenty of beach accessories. 2 older low reclining chairs but none of the pocket zippers open anymore. 2 older camping chairs helped but are too high for the umbrellaswhen shade is needed. One good umbrella, one other is a bit hard to screw into the sand on some of the beaches. The end is a bit worn. There is a smaller umbrella that needs to be tied down or held down of there is much wind. A couple Snorkel masks that worked fine. Didn't try to blow up and of the many inflatables. Boogie boards and floaty noodles were great for floating around. Cooling down the bedrooms took a little effort after a few of the hotter days with the one room having a/c but worked out ok.
