The condo itself is lovely, and the view is amazing. This unit is on the top corner of the building, resulting in the loft space you see in the pictures, and amazing natural light from many windows. The pictures do not do the view justice. The building was built in 1980, but the unit itself is nicely updated with appliances and furnishings and is very comfortable. As you can tell from the map, it's located a short drive from various ski spots, which makes it convenient for ski trips.A couple minor drawbacks to keep in mind:- The property is a good ways up a hill, so bring a vehicle with good traction (although I don't know how you'd get to Silverthorne without one anyway).- The property is at about 9500 ft elevation, so be sure to plan for acclimation and possible AMS.- There's no washer/dryer in the condo, you have to use the coin-op machines in the clubhouse, so bring some quarters. The walk isn't too far, but it can be inconvenient in heavy snow, so be prepared.- The pipes tend to make random ticking/knocking noises, which can be annoying at night, so consider bringing earplugs.
