Paradise

The property was very delightful with a beautiful beach and city view. It was like paradise that you never want to leave. The people there were courteous and friendly. The WI-FI was surprisingly stable and fast for a hotel internet. Some of the lights in the property were not working such as one of the bathroom lights and bedroom lights. Overall, I would recommend and come here again in future vacations.

Walking in the condo, first seeing the amazing view of the place with a lot of space. Balcony view of the beach to the back is astonishing. Beds were comfortable. The floor was not thoroughly cleaned. Some tables were still dusty. TVs were old and dusty. Remotes were struggling to turn off the tvs. Not many good channels and movies on cable. One of the toilets makes a very loud noise after flushing. Shower head pipe was leaking every time it was turned on.

Loved the resort

Place was run down and needed updated washing machine started smoking called and they said they were gonna send someone to fix it the next day nobody came would rent from vrbo but not that property

spectacular layout and location

We love this property-panoramic views, huge space, quiet location next to St. Andrew's State Park. The pool area and hot tub are well laid out and maintained. Great decor and comfortable mattresses. We say everytime that we stay that we would choose this unit to live in for retirement. .

Amazing location

The location was amazing. The resort was great Nice pool, walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. The room we stayed in was ok. It could definately use alot of updating. The lamp shades were taped together, they could use better bedding and larger beds in the 2 guest bedrooms. Hardly any storage space in the kitchen or bathroom. Alot of the cabinets were locked. The A/C did not work for the first two days but they did come out and get that working. Like I said the room was "ok", it could just really use alot of updating and some nicer accommodations in the bedrooms. We ended up going and buying a couple of fans for our stay, while we were waiting to get the air fixed, as well as 2 extra blankets. for the bedrooms.

Nice Stay but...

This was a spacious condo on the 22nd floor, but there were hardly any plates nor pans to cook with. We're glad we brought paper plates and bowls. The toilet in the master bath was loose and tiles were cracked in the living room. The bed pillows were super hard and should be replaced. Again, we're glad we brought our own. Only one shower head really worked in the master bath. For the money spent, things could have been much better, but overall not terribly bad and we dealt with them.

Not going to stay here again.

Floors were filthy. Rugs were filthy. Garbage disposal was jammed. One ceiling fan ready to fall out.Dogs were everywhere.

Great condo

This condo was spacious, great location with a great view. While driving home I realized I left some belongings n the condo. Spoke to two Realjoy reps with no return phone call. So sad my belongings could not be retrieved from housekeeping

Not worth the great expense

Cleanliness was extremely poor. Hairs, dirty dishes. Furniture was very old and run down. Totally inadequate dishes - pans greasy, cups broken, grubby, glasses dirty. Televison non HD, very poor, small in living room, blanked out after two days. Even remotes were poor. Clothes dryer door cannot close with mesh in!! Overall very shoddy for the money paid for a two week vacation. A little care could go a long way.

Beautiful View, condo was not clean

This condo had beautiful views. Upon arrival, the condo was trashed. After calling the reservation office, they quickly sent a cleaning crew, who spent about 45 mins in the condo. The cleaning crew was short handed that day, as someone had quit. Overall, the condo had the supplies we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the elevators were fast

I have been coming to PCB since 1970s I was small and love it there!! Love your condos .. only issue we had was lighting was never fixed in either bathroom and they came just once with wrong bulbs and we couldnt do makeup . BUT otherwise was awesome

Condo was beautiful and view was amazing. Very clean and everything we needed for our stay

Beautiful, view was amazing, ice maker, water on freezer door didn’t work, master bedroom pillows were stained and dirty (we bought new ones and left the there) other than those minor things every things else was perfect!!!

Lovely unit

Beautiful panoramic view, stunning interior, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable. We didn't mind the rainy days as staying inside was a treat as well.

Cleaning Supplies

My only complaint albeit very minor would be that there was nothing to clean up our messes with nothing to wipe the floor with and there was one very small dish soap and there was 1 garbage bag. I felt since we were staying a week small things like this should be provided
