Everything you could want!

My family of 7 stayed for a wonderful 7 nights and had the best time. The location of the condo is so convenient, you’re close to everything but also not right in the hustle and bustle. We loved being so close to the state park. We loved being on the 4th floor where you could overlook the pool and beach and see the kids playing. The condo had everything we needed and we would definitely book again. Amazing experience and I recommend if you are going PCB Florida, stay here!

Wonderful Condo

This condo was absolutely amazing! It had a great view, comfortable beds and furniture, and was very spacious! The small touches were great, like the coffee supplies, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, small cooler and the beach chairs! The fans in the living area and bedrooms felt so good and were so quiet that we had to look them up online since now we want them for home! The resort itself was very nice with the closeness to the beach! We were thankful for the lounge chairs with umbrella on the beach and we enjoyed Liza’s near the pool for drinks. Since we did have some rougher weather occasionally through our 10 day stay, we also really enjoyed the heated pool. Suzie Sunshine also was just great! We had all the info we needed at the perfect time. I would definitely stay here again as well as any of their other rentals!

Condo is clean, well stocked and has a great view of the gulf, beautiful white beaches, and great pool. The pictures don’t do the justice to this condo. We will definitely stay here again

Family Vacation

The property was wonderful. Exactly as described. We had no issues at all for the 7 days we were there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We had 7 people in our party, adults, teens and kids and accommodations were great for everyone. Staying at this property is highly recommended for a great vacation!

Great views, beautiful room, and awesome resort.

This is our 3rd year staying at Tropicana treasure. We absolutely love it. The condo is beautiful and comes with everything that you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Suzie is a great host and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. We will be returning again in July and cannot wait! Also, make sure you check out Liza’s, you won’t be disappointed. They have the best food and drinks and the owners are fabulous as well. I highly recommend Treasure Island Resort and Tropicana Treasure.

4 month Snowbird stay

We just finished our 2nd Snowbird stay with Suzie Sunshine and it was wonderful. Treasure Island Resort is one of the cleanest, safest and friendliest resorts I’ve ever been to. The workers are all great and so helpful. Suzie’s condo has the greatest view and a huge balcony which you will live on! The condo is spacious, well stocked and clean. We lacked for nothing. Suzie is so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. But you will have none because it is perfect! See you again in November!

Wonderful Condo

Treasure Island is our favorite place to stay, and finding this 4th floor condo is the cherry on top!!! First the condo is very clean, plenty of seating in the living room, very well stocked with your kitchen needs. Being on the 4th floor we hardly used to elevators made loading and unloading from the car very easy. Would highly recommend this condo!!

Snowbirds from Michigan

We stayed at Tropicana Treasure for 5 months from Nov-March. It was a wonderful stay in Treasure Island Resort. The condo was clean, spacious, so comfortable and the view of the Gulf is just amazing. The balcony is a whole extra living area, it’s so big and has great furniture. Treasure Island Resort is one of the cleanest and friendliest places we have ever stayed. The pool and hot tub are fabulous! Suzie is a great host and quick to answer any questions. You will have a great trip if you stay here! 😎❤️

Nice, comfortable condo with a beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay here. This is our favorite resort in Panama City Beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The bedrooms are nice with exception of the kind master bed was a firm mattress. My husband didn’t mind as that is his preference. The closet bunks are a good use of space and provided our little girls with their own beds. The balcony was large enough for a comfortable place to sit for all of us. This condo had everything we needed and wanted for the week.

Room was perfect. Location was perfect for my wife and I. We are older and dont get around as well as we used to. Close to elevators. Close to the parking. Quick acess to pool and ocean. Condo up to date. Fully stocked with essentials. Mattress was comfortable. Ceiling fans are new and move quite a bit of air keeping you nice and cool.

About Your Host — Suzie 🌊☀️ Hi, I'm Suzie — a Panama City Beach local who grew up with this beautiful coastline as my backyard. 🌴 The beach has always been my peaceful place — where life slows down, the emerald water puts everything in perspective and everything feels a little lighter. Some people discover PCB on vacation. I was lucky enough to grow up here. What started as a dream of owning a beachfront condo for my family turned into something I never expected — a genuine passion for sharing that same feeling with families and guests who love the coast as much as I do. Over 225 five star stays later I can honestly say this is more than a rental business. Every condo is personally managed by me — not a call center, not a property management company. Just me, genuinely invested in making sure your family has the vacation you've been dreaming about. I think about the details — organic sheets on every bed, a fully stocked kitchen, exclusive discount codes waiting in your welcome packet — because I know how much a great vacation means to a family. I'm always just a message away and quick to respond. When something needs attention our in-house maintenance team handles it fast. You're never on your own here. This is my home. And for a week — it's yours. 🌊 That's The Sunshine Difference. ☀️

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this condo on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach because it offers the perfect balance—peaceful beachfront living with easy access to everything 🌊☀️ From the private balcony, you can enjoy sweeping Gulf views, calming ocean sounds, and unforgettable sunsets right over the water. You’re just a short walk to St. Andrews State Park for nature and Schooners for fresh seafood and live music, while still being tucked away from the busier crowds of Panama City Beach. Our goal is simple—to give you a place where you can slow down, relax, and truly enjoy the beauty of the Gulf Coast 🌴
