We are located in the heart of 'Bay of Kotor', UNESCO protected area, on the waterfront in Lipci. Beach is right in front, save time and money driving and paying for parking and beach furniture, we provide free beach chairs and umbrella, or you can enjoy stunning views from balcony.
Apartment is equipped with one bedroom and one-bathroom, full kitchen and living room, A/C, TV, free WiFi and free parking on-site.
Airport Tivat is closest 15 km away, Dubrovnik airport 49 km away, and Podgorica airport 108km away.

A relaxed and easy property located on the best side of the bay for the most refreshing swim! All the amenities in the flat work well and the bed is comfortable

Lovely little trip in a beautiful villa :)

We had a lovely experience at Duskos apartment. He was so sweet, even greeting us with wine upon our arrival! He was very helpful and communicated with us throughout our entire stay. We would really recommend!

Fantastic Experience

Our 4-day stay in Montenegro was amazing. Dusko is a very thoughtful, informative and responsive host. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is comfortable and well situated for site seeing. The the bay is absolutely beautiful.

Off-season Perfection

Hospitable Montenegro. The towns are not closed down like many other coastals that we have experienced the last 3 mths of travel in resort areas. This unit was just what we needed to regroup and rest. Our host is the best! Seriously, Dusko, was extremely on task and help us in more ways that we had not known to expect. It is clean, well equipped, and the view…incredible. Assuming summer season is busy, I would still chose Villa Radonic every time. Efficiency with authentic local vibe, privacy, and…the view is a good value. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben vor allem die traumhafte Aussicht vom Balkon genossen. Mit dem Gastgeber Dusko, der immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und freundlich war, hatten wir sehr interessante Gespräche. Seine Tipps erwiesen sich immer als hervorragend. Traumhafter Blick auf Bucht vom Kotor

Wir haben sehr schöne Zeit hier verbracht. Ausblick auf die Bucht sehr genossen. Und fast privater Zugang zum Wasser war auch super! Unser Gastgeber war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

A true Retreat!

The place was super clean, well stocked with very nice kitchen items like lovely silverware and very new non-stick skillets which are usually the grossest camping pots and pans in most rentals. There was clearly care and concern in every detail. The view was phenomenal. Whoever wrote in a previous review that it is the best view in the bay was right. I spent a month here and drove around the whole bay, and this has be best southern sun, morning and evening views, and the sweetest part of the bay (the two little islands in the middle). But the real unexpected joy was Mira, the host's mother who lives downstairs. She made the stay feel like I was family. Hardly a day went by that she wasn't giving me some wonderful food she was sharing. And Dusko, the host, was over the top. Very responsive, very attentive to any details, questions or suggestions. He checked in with me every few days to make sure I didn't need anything. I could not have asked for a better experience. In a country where I knew no one, didn't speak the language, I felt right at home. What a wonderful retreat for me, it was just lovely. Even the bed was comfortable!! And plenty of new comforters and rugs because I was there in the winter and the apartment did not usually come with them. HIghly recommended!

Amazing views okay accommodations

The views from this house are as good or better than the pictures. The bed was good, we slept very well. There is actual parking on property, yay. There are no close restaurants or stores which is a draw back. There is very little space for clothes so we did not unpack. There also is no good place for the luggage which made it difficult to live out of the suitcase. The bedroom is in the back away from the road so noise did not bother us. Overall, good for the price.

Erholung pur in bester Lage!

Super Apartment (sehr sauber) in bester Lage direkt am Meer. Unfassbar netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Man hat dort alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Vielen Dank nochmal an Dusko (Vermieter) für den tollen Urlaub. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!!!!

Dusko, unser Vermieter hat alle unsere Fragen - ob Ausflüge, Restaurants oder persönliche Wünsche zur besten Zufriedenheit mit sehr guten Tipps zu jederzeit beantwortet. Er ist ein sehr zuverlässiger Vermieter - insbesondere bei den bestehenden Umständen mit COVID 19. Alles wurde in der Wohnung desinfiziert und hatte ein sehr hohes Maß an Sicherheit und Sauberkeit. Das Apartment ist Ideal gelegen, gut ausgestattet, mit einer wunderschönen Sicht auf die Bucht von Kotor. Wir haben es jeden Tag genossen auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken und den Sonnenaufgang dabei zu genießen. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter - und auch hier war für alles gesorgt. Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Stühle - eben alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns für den sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Dusko!! Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert - und wir kommen gerne wieder!!! Beautiful

What an amazing place! The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stunning views, a stones throw from crystal clear water. Dusko was a fantastic host,he could not have been more helpful or kind, he was also a mind of information, suggesting beautiful restaurants. His mother makes a fabulous lemon, filo tart that and some lovely strong coffee were my greeting on arrival. Everything was as pictured and described in the information. It was perfection. I would like to say a big thank you to Dusko and his Mother and look forward to going back.I highly recommend this property. Perast was stunning.

Kameralne miejsce nad najpiękniejszą zatoką Europy

Cisza, spokój ,nabrzeże do dyspozycji, możliwość kąpieli w krystalicznie czystej, turkusowej wodzie. Niezapomniane widoki . Genialne usytuowanie z dala od zgiełku, jednocześnie blisko największych atrakcji Boki Kotorskiej. Gościnni i pomocni gospodarze. Jeśli jesteś smakoszem wina będziesz miał o czym rozmawiać z Duszko przy kieliszku wina, kawie i pysznym cieście Miry. Możecie wierzyć lub nie, ale widziałem z tarasu delfina, który baraszkował w wodzie niedaleko nabrzeża. Podziękowania dla Duszka i Miry za gościnę. Dariusz i Anna z Polski.

Netter Gastgeber, toller Ausblick, hilfreiche Ratschläge, etwas laute Straße direkt vorm Balkon

Der Gastgeber und seine Mutter, die mit im Haus wohnt, waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Er ist uns suchen gegangen, als wir das Appartment nicht gefunden haben. Außerdem bekamen wir viele hilfreiche Tips zu lokalen Dingen und er erkundigte sich immer wieder nach uns. Seine Mutter brachte uns innerhalb einer Woche zweimal Baklava. Der Ausblick vom Balkon aus, ist einer der schönsten in der Bucht, da man auf die beiden kleinen Inseln, die zu Perast gehören, blickt . Er ist wunderschön beim Frühstück zu genießen. Leider ist die Straße direkt davor etwas laut. Das ist aber an der ganzen Küste so und daher kein nagativer Punkt. Die Wohnung und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer geht zur ruhigen Seite nach Hinten raus. Außerdem gibt es einen eigenen Steg für die Gäste der 3 Appartments, von dem aus man Baden gehen kann. Man braucht 5min nach Risan (die nächste größere Stadt) und 30min nach Kotor. Alles in allem top, gerade für den Preis.

Comme dans le descriptif. Dusko nous a donné les infos nécessaires pour un séjour agréable autour d´un verre. Il nous a apporté du raisin de son jardin et nous lui avons fait remarquer que les transats étaient abimés et il les a changés le jour même, merci. Absolutely stunning!

This apartment has to be in the best location in the bay, the view is just incredible. Dusko is a brilliant host and made us feel very welcome straight away and throughout our trip he and his mother were always very helpful. The location is great and Risan, Perast and Kotor are all in good driving distance. Overall we had a fantastic holiday here and will definitely return!!

Suberb view, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable double bed.

We had a most satisfactory holiday here. The apartment itself had everything we needed and fresh towels were provided halfway through the week. Our host Dusko was exceptional in his welcome and local orientation - our dining experience at the recommended local restaurant was memorable and not to be missed. Swimming in the bay just across the road was a treat and nearby Perast and Kotor were two of our favourite places to visit.
