The large Apartment STELLA - 55 m² - Kitchen, bathroom with bath and toilet and 1 bedroom, 4 sleeping places (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and a beautiful sunny sitting terrace in a part of our olive garden in a very quiet location.

Our beautiful and large STELLA apartment has a touch of the Greek island structure, halfway between the olive grove.

The apartment is also a perfect holiday address for families with children.
The village of Almyrida is known as your home away from home and this is exactly what Appartement Stella has to offer!
Only a 5 minute walk on a flat road to the beach with numerous bars and restaurants along the beach.
Local shops and a supermarket within walking distance 3 minutes.

From small taverns, sophisticated coffee shops, small grocery stores, local butchers, hairdressing salons, bowling, water sports and other activities, this small seaside village is ideal for anyone who wants to experience the Cretan lifestyle.

Upon entering the apartment you will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a sleeping area with a large double bed and a sleeping area with two single beds. There is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.

A nice sunny sitting terrace is large enough and has outdoor furniture, a parasol, including a BBQ facility and everything that makes your stay in our Apartment perfect. One can explore and relax around the mature gardens with many and fruit trees.
If you want to rent a car, there is a safe parking place which is closed by an electrically operated sliding gate.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man braucht in der Regel kein Auto, da der Strand nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Ein schöner Ort um sich zu entspannen, auch mit Kindern. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Super verblijf buiten seizoen

We verbleven 5 nachten in het Stella Apartment in Almyrida in februari. Het weer zat goed mee en het appartement was een perfect verblijf voor ons drie, een rustig plekje om uit te blazen. Ook al was er in Almyrida niet veel geopend, we vonden fijne ontbijtplekjes en ook restaurantjes in de buurt. We huurden een auto om af en toe ook een tripje naar het Zuiden te maken. Jan was heel gastvrij en hielp ons graag verder! Een echte aanrader, ook buiten het hoogseizoen dus!

Il titolare Mr. Jan è simpatico e disponibile, l'appartamento gode di un'ottima posizione a circa 300 m a piedi alla bella spiaggia ma, a nostro giudizio, ha un handicap importante: è al di sotto del livello della strada! In pratica è come fosse un garage ampio adibito ad abitazione con punti luce piccoli alle pareti laterali. Letti non molto comodi, buono il bagno e la cucina. Se avessimo capito dalla inserzione che l'appartamento era al di sotto del livello del giardino e stradale NON l'avremmo prenotato. Crediamo che bisogna specificarlo chiaramente nella descrizione

Wohnung Almirida - souterrainwohnung

Wohnung gross und sauber + gratis Geschenkkorb. souterrainwohnung daher nur 2 kleine Fenster mit Tageslicht 40 x 80 cm. Weitere 2 kleine Fenster sind von aussen mit dem Fensterladen verschlossen. Kein Fenster im Bad. Kein SAT oder Kabel TV. Nur über Netflix Filme. Also kein Nachrichtenprogramm. Dies wurde reklamiert leider ohne Erfolg. Die Leute stehen nur dumm herum und wollen nichts verstehen. Jeden Tag mind. 2 mal mit dem Besen die Käfer aus der Wohnung kehren. Parkplatz sehr eng, nur für klein PKW geeignet.

Come a casa

Sono stata colpita dalla simpatia ed il being SMART della signora Kaity, che ci ha accolto e spiegato quanto sufficiente sapere per l'utilizzo delle apparecchiature in casa ed in giardino. L'esterno riservato all'appartamento Stella me lo aspettavo più grande, ma ho comunque apprezzato il fatto di avere un posto auto all'interno di un giardino che potevo chiudere con cancello automatico. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato in frigo acqua e vino bianco, sul tavolo una cesta contenente il minimo indispensabile per la colazione, una bottiglietta con olio di oliva...tovaglioli...addirittura il detersivo per lavatrice, spugna nuova e detersivo per piatti...TV con possibilità di accesso a Netflix e Prime; la connessione Wi-Fi andrebbe migliorata mentre in tutti gli alloggi è stato impossibile l'accesso ai canali Sat italiani. Bello il grande spazio interno a disposizione, un po' scomodo il materasso. Rispetto ad Almyrida beach ci è piaciuta molto di più Kalives beach a circa 6 Min d'auto, ma, se piace il mare con scogli e spiaggia di ciottoli, sempre vicino ad Almyrida ci sono almeno due punti molto belli dove fare il bagno lasciando l'auto in una delle rientranze sulla strada per Kalives. Nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole. Grazie Jan per i consigli sui luoghi da visitare. David e Giusy

Kein Grund zur Klage!

Im Gesamten sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Lediglich die Nachbar über uns waren etwas laut bzw. das Stühlerücken war sehr laut.

Appartement très propre, mais sans lumière

Grande pièce, bien meublée. Plateau d'accueil avec eau vin. La femme de ménage (dite "manager": en a-t-elle le salaire 🤔😁) est très receptive et efficace. Appartement très très propre qui sent bon. A cinq minutes de la plage, bondée. Nuées de moustiques devorants: impossible de manger dehors.... Donc en sous-sol sombre, petites fenêtres au ras d'une pompe de piscine qui se met en route tôt jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Bruit des voisins au dessus. Propriétaire, Ian, peu enclin à répondre à des demandes légitimes (une cuillère bois, ou moule à glaçons casserole pour faire bouillir pâtes). "Le prix appliqué étant bas ces objets ne peuvent être mis à disposition" a-t-il répondu. Choquant!... C'est pourtant lui qui a prédéterminé le prix...😶 L'hospitalité ne s'improvise pas. N'est pas grec qui veut ! Les petits 🇬🇷 ne suffisent pas🙃

Excellent vriant of nonexpensive( I'd say cheap) and quite comfortable vacancy.

The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for a married couple. There're also beds for kids, but all 4 beds are in the same studio.

We would stay again in appartement Stella

The appartement is very big and has enough space for 4 people. Bathroom is big and nice. The kitchen is well equiped and it's easy to cook everything by self, even a barbeque is outside and a small table with 4 chairs. The HVAC cooling unit was not working well and needs to be cleaned and maintaned. The washing mashine was very nice to have. A dish washer was not in place, even if mentioned in the descriprion (we didn't need it). Television was not working (we didn't miss it). Internet connection was poor, was better in the pool area. We were allowed to use the pool, because the varvara flat was empty, but we prefered the beach which is a 15min walk away from the flat - nice clean beach, clean water, you don't have to pay for staying there, not many people. Almyrida is a small village, but you'll find everything you need even if you don't have a car. The only thing which bothers much were the mosquitos outside and inside the flat, which bits us every day. The owner of the flat is not living there, but has nice people in place which takes care for everything. The parking place is very small, but we had enough space, because nobody else was there! Thank you for this nice days in appartement Stella!

We stayed in apartment Stella, a very spacious apartment which easily accommodates a family of 4. It is clean, well maintained and has a lovely patio area, bigger than we expected with a table, chairs and parasol surrounded by the olive grove, it is lovely to sit out there and relax. Superb location a very short walk max 5min along a quiet road and you are by the beach, tavernas and shops of Almyrida. Yet because the apartment is surrounded by the olive grove and lovely garden it is very private and very quiet/peaceful. Jan the owner is very friendly and accommodating and just wants you to have a lovely holiday. Will definitely be going back again and would easily recommend this property *****

Hardstikke mooi!

Mooie plek, vlak bij lekker strand. Leuke eettentjes, goede bakker in de buurt. Appartement ruim, licht, vernieuwd. Heerlijke 2 weken gehad!
