We’re sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet expectations. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and what you’ve described is not the standard we aim for. While we do use automated tools to help with communication, there is always a real person behind the scenes who is happy to assist with any concerns during your stay. Hello Millie! The stairs to get down to the river are pictured multiple times in the listing as well as verbiage in the listing stating there are stairs down to the river. This house is definitely not the right choice if you cant do stairs. When you contacted us on your third day regarding the TV we sent someone immediately to assist in rebooting the router. If we had been contacted sooner we could have helped at that time. Also it is stated in the listing that this home is less than a mile from HWY i35. We apologize your stay fell short of expectations and appreciate you sharing your feedback. - Thanks NBE

Hi Brenda, We are so sorry the upstairs part of this home was warm. If this issue would have been brought to our attention we would've done our best to send maintenance to fix it for you. We do sincerely apologize for that. As for the futon beds, in the listing it does state there are three twins nd a sofa sleeper in the living room. Hello Nicole! Yes we apologize once again for the plumbing issue. We were fortunately able to get plumbers over very quickly to resolve the problem.
