This property was perfect for 6 adults and 3 kids. The first level accommodated the family of five, and the upper lever was great for the other 4 adults. The kitchen was well-equipped, dining room was nice size and family room was comfortable. We especially liked the proximity to the village as well as pool. We’d be happy to book again!

The unit is old and tired, but there is plenty of space for a large group and beds were comfortable. The drains in the lower level bathrooms were incredibly slow and water pooled up in the tub when taking showers. The screens on the windows are old and worn out and many don't form a tight seal around the windows. Thus, without A/C makes it a toss up decision between opening the windows to have air circulation or keeping the windows closed to prevent bugs/insects from potentially coming inside. Also the communication from the property management is poor at best. When asked about the parking situation, I was made to feel like I was a fool and I was at fault for some odd, unknown reason. Simply for the customer service alone, I would not recommend staying here or any property managed by Rendezvous Mountain Rentals.

We pride ourselves on over-communicating details. The written description mentions the property is on three levels, stating that you have to go 'upstairs' to each of the floors above the entry. In addition to this, it is listed as having 1 parking space only and that guests should plan ahead. There is info about this in the contract guests sign as well as a reminder email about this in our check in instructions that get emailed 5 days prior to arrival. This is solely a Teton Village condo association rule that we must enforce on their behalf. Relaying this information to an already upset guest would come off as condescending no matter how we try to relay it. It's not intentional. We provide all of the information and have an expectation that guests read property details, amenities and contracts prior to or upon booking.

Spacious ski townhouse was excellent

We were very happy with this place. In particular, the kitchen is very well equipped, the resort shuttle service is frequent and the lift is 200 feet away.

Family Vacation

It was an absolutely the best trip ever. The house was perfect for our family, it was in a great location to the activities we wanted to do. The staff was great with any questions we had.

Wonderful stay in Teton Village while exploring Grand Teton National Park

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were all very nice and the place provides great access to the Tetons and Jackson Hole. The host and managing company were fantastic with instructions for checking in and checking out, as well as with an online guide book easily accessible within the unit.

Great stay with friends!

The house was very comfortable, clean and close to The Tetons and Jackson Hole. It was perfect for cooking and hanging out with friends. The patio has its own view of the mountains and stream. A highlight was taking the Tram up to Corbet’s for waffles at the top of the mountain!

Amazing !!

The property was beautiful and so close and walking distance to many places and activities to do. The location was central to all our needs , and property was clean. Check in and driving instructions were spot on and simple communication throughout our stay was spot on. We will definitely stay here again.

Stay at Jhole

The house was very clean and spacious. It was a great spot for us all to hang out in. The location was probably the best part. Having easy access to the lifts and being able to ski on and off the property was amazing.

The property manager was very communicative, though the one parking spot was a pretty big issue for us. They did work to accommodate us the first night, which we really appreciated, but after that we were basically told that “nobody has ever had an issue before” and directed to a nearby parking area. The problem was that when we looked up that parking area ourselves, the website specifically said no overnight parking, so we weren’t comfortable just leaving a car there and hoping it would be okay.I would’ve appreciated more upfront information about how limited overnight parking is in the area. Since this is a management company located nearby, I was surprised they didn’t have a more concrete backup solution, especially for a townhouse this size where it’s reasonable to expect some groups will be traveling with more than one vehicle.Again, we really did appreciate how communicative the management company was and that they helped us the first night. I was just surprised there wasn’t a specific plan or reliable parking recommendation beyond the one spot included with the property.Overall, our stay was fine, and it was really exciting to see a moose and her baby right in the courtyard! The townhouse itself could definitely use some updating, but overall it worked for our stay to explore Jackson and the beauty of the Tetons.

Property is better than pictures

Got multiple comments from guests that the property was better than expected. It has really high ceilings in parts, and in general is just bigger and roomier than the pictures make it appear. Great property and great location. Short walk to hot tub.

A cozy yet spacious cabin feel

We enjoyed a lovely weekend in Jackson Hole and the condo was the perfect home base to explore from. Truly steps from the lift, a short walk (or shuttle) to the village. The condo itself was a great vibe with alpine decorations, a wood burning fireplace, and a stocked kitchen. Everything was perfect!
