Great location and property

We loved our stay at the Palms in Wailea! The condo was clean, spacious and great views of the ocean. It was a perfect home base for all of our activities and awesome proximity to our fave town, Kihei. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Quiet, Clean, Spacious

Really liked our stay here. The lanai has ocean views and was a great place to let our young kids play. The complex is very quiet. The beach is close enough to walk, or if you want to drive, we never had an issue finding parking.

Great family stay in Wailea

Spacious, family-friendly space. It was a short drive to best beaches and shopping that Wailea has to offer. The unit also comes with beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and a couple of snorkel sets which was a bonus.

Great spot close to the beach and Wailea attractions

Very clean, spacious, nice pool, free parking. 25 minute walk to Grand Wailea. 15 minutes walk to a nice beach.

Roomy Condo to Relax in Maui

The Palms is a beautiful property just a half mile walk to the beach. It’s an equal walk to the fun and activity of Kihei town or the high-end shops and hotels in Wailea. We had a great time.

Fantastic property, perfect location!

The condo was furnished with everything our family needed, and more. Such a beautiful open space and a large lanai that welcomed not only ourselves but a few friends as well. We will be staying here again. Easiest check in check out process out of many other places we have stayed in Maui.

We have stayed here before and so it felt like coming home. Great view. Lovely condo. Light and airy. We really enjoy the lanai. Sunsets were marvelous.

1st time in Wailea but would not stay anywhere else

This is a fantastic corner unit condo. Lots of light, very spacious and in impeccable up to date condition. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that but beach access given the location is outstanding. On that note, perhaps a couple of boogie boards could be a great addition to the otherwise complete patio equipment including BBQ

Great location in Wailea

The property is tired and needs a facelift. Kitchen lacked wine glasses, utensils and the drawer to access the pots would not open. Some very simple attention to these minor details would enhance the holiday. The management company was notified on the first Day but after 5 days was not addressed.

Beautiful, Relaxing Sanctuary

A sanctuary within a sanctuary. This home was open, airy, clean, and beautiful. I preferred to turn off the AC, open the windows and listen to the various birds. The lanai was big. It was the perfect place to co-habitate with someone new and have alone time. The kitchen had all the wares you'd need, but bring your own cooking oil! Would absolutely return.

We Loved Our Stay!

Our stay at the Palms at Wailea was absolutely amazing! Checking-in was very easy, we were emailed the key code and instructions and had zero issues. Our condo was perfect! It was very clean, well supplied, spacious and had plenty of room for 4 adults. We appreciated the option to use the room AC units when needed, enjoyed making meals in the bright, airy kitchen and loved spending time outside on the deck. From prior reviews we knew that the condo was not equipped with boogie bodyboards so we picked up a couple at Costco upon landing and found a family vacationing in the same complex to give them to enjoy on our last day. Minor - but it would have been nice to have these already available to guests. We did make use of the beach chairs and cooler during our daily adventures to the beaches - much appreciated! This condo could not be in a better location! We walked every day and shopping and beautiful beaches are close. The entire area was very clean and well taken care of and we felt safe throughout our entire vacation. We could not locate a detailed check-out process so we tried to leave the place as clean as we could. It truly felt like our home at the end of the trip and we are already talking about how soon we can come back. The memories we made will be with us for a very long time. Mahalo ~

Awesome Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in unit 304 at The Palms. It is a modern unit with all the amenities and a wonderful lanai. The unit was very clean and well kept. The pool is pristine. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in a first class location when in Maui.

Loved the condo and would stay again!

I traveled with my two adult daughters for a family wedding and found the location and all accommodations fantastic. Every part of the booking and checking in and out was seamless. The manager was very responsive to questions I had before travel. The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Absolutely loved the entire experience and will seek to stay there when I travel to Maui next.
