For us its a home away from and we love returning to it at least a couple of times a year. The host and management were extremely helpful and accommodating of our needs. Great location and love the proximity tonthe pool! Amazing unit! We highly recommend and look forward to our next vist in our Maui home! Aloha!

Just returned from a week at the Palms at Wailea. The unit was really spacious and just like you see in the pictures.. modern and clean - it great for two teenage boys and their mom to have our own rooms and downtime away from each other The location was perfect, less than five mins by car to tennis and golf and the beach. If you have large kids on the single beds, their feet may hang off, but having two beds in that room was the reason we booked the condo. We had one small issue with the door not opening, but the owner was really quick to respond and the issue was fixed same day. Only thing we'd say to improve is that the pool doesn't have any umbrellas and they have so many rules, it's basically a no fun zone! (we snuck in a ball one day when it was empty shhhh )Thanks so much for an amazing family vacation and memories!

Beautiful location and good space. Close to good beaches. Great communal BBQ. Needs a few kitchen items but otherwise a great place.

Great place to enjoy South Maui

Location of property was perfect for our visit. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, pool, and hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked and the beach chairs and cooler were appreciated.

Perfect for a family!

This was our second time staying in this unit and we love coming back to it! It's modern, well equipped and has close proximity to the pool! All communication with the property manager and the owner have been promptly responded to and any request we made were also adequately taken care of! Highly recommend this unit! Great location

Highly Recommend

Unit was spacious, very clean, and well stocked.Property was professionally managed and management was very responsive. Loved the location close to the beach, Wailea and Kihei. Within the property, the unit was conveniently located close to the pool.

Great vacation stay

Property was clean and spacious with all appliances working well. We loved that all rooms had AC. The only downside was the beach was not close. The hot water was not enough for family off four to shower.

All around lovely property

Property was clean when we arrived. Pool was also good as well as location to great beaches (Maluaka beach is where we tended to go). Thankful to have rice cooker and large kitchen items to cook for family. Host was very accommodating as we booked extra night due to uncertainty with the fires and flights out being potentially delayed.

Great stay

We enjoyed this unit. We were a little leery of the location since it was between parking lots within the complex but the unit was quiet. The condo has air conditioning throughout and unlike other condos we have stayed at in the complex the second room has actual walls not just shoji doors which is a big positive. There were 6 beach chairs but no umbrella, which would have been nice.

Fantastic condo for our family!

We are a family of 5 with two 13 year olds and one 12 year old. This was a great pick for us!! The condo was very clean and smelled amazing when we first walked in with Hawaiian music playing the background. The furniture had been updated and the AC worked great. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need, we used it everyday. The location was our favorite, so easy to get to from neighboring beaches, shopping and dinning. We were so happy with our stay and would definitely stay at the condo again!

Great centrally located condo

Listing was as advertised and quite comfortable. Location was very convenient with walking distance to beach, South Kihei, and resorts in Wailea. Also very close to pool which was beautiful with nice views. Some reviews mention bugs being a ground unit but with some basic cleanliness it wasn’t an issue. Only minor issues were only 3 regular knives for some reason although kitchen was well stocked otherwise. Also backsliding door lock was broken and secured with a door shim but overall no actually issues.

Wonderful condo and great location

My husband and I and our daughter and family had a special stay. The large master bedroom had enough room for two pack and plays. The living room area was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed. The lanai was lovely and we were just across from the pool (down stairs to the pool.) A ledge around the pool where the water is about 1 1/2’ deep was perfect for our two year old grandson. A sort of baby pool. The grounds west of the pool are gorgeous and a perfect place to view the sunset. I

Great location, meh property management

We stayed 12 nights so had time to fully explore the area. Condo location was good, right across from pool, about a half a mile from the beautiful beach path along 4 different beaches which we ran every morning. Only complaint was lack of beach towels. They will only give you one per person so you basically have to launder them twice a day if you want to go to the beach and the pool. We asked for more, were told no (and they’re not super nice towels, don’t match, $10 at Costco so no idea why they cheap out on towels???). Also no boogie boards or sand toys just FYI. The main sliding glass door is REALLY hard to open, prob needs to be fixed, but patio space was enjoyable and quiet. I’d stay at this complex again, just pick a unit with a different property manager.
