Very nicely furnished and well equipped apartment located in Port de Sóller and Sierra de Tramuntana (World Heritage) in Mallorca. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (a total of 6 comfortable beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room / living room and a large terrace of approx. 35 square meters with dining area and lounge group. The apartment has a view of the mountains and from the terrace you have direct access to the shared pool. From the apartment it takes about 10 minutes to walk down the hill (3 minutes by car) to the beautiful harbor and beaches of Port de Sóller. There are many good restaurants and small grocery stores and shops. The apartment has a very good starting point for those who want to reach the beautiful hiking trails in the area. Other features / info: Free Wifi, A / C (hot and cold), dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, Apple TV. 30-40 minutes by car from Palma (28 km) and the airport (36 km). Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Generally a great apartment. Aircon during the hot weather was a blessing. The outside area was large and provided easy access to the pool.Things to note - the pool is shared with 25 other apartments and can get very busy. As stated before there are no Parasols/Sun Umbrellas. However, you can purchase them from shops in the Port. For those that are less able the walk up from the Port is difficult at best. Taxis are not always available.You are expected to collect the keys to the apartment from the agents offices in Soller. It is on the main road between Soller and Port Soller. However, the first transfer company refused to stop and allow us to collect or drop off the key. A key box at the apartment would be more convenient.

Fantastic stay!

A beautiful, spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday!A huge terrace and direct access to the shared pool which was much needed in the heat.The only downside is the hill, but you can get a taxi up for under 10. We would definitely book again!

Ideal for family holiday

Overall, the stay was great. The location was slightly high up but still walkable, however this wouldn’t stop me from staying here. I would recommend hiring a car as this allowed us to travel to different areas of Mallorca. This apartment was a great size for the 5 of us and still room for one more! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic stay in Port de Soller

Great three-bedroom house and shared pool, perfect as a base for hiking as we did. It is a bit too long to take a morning bath in the sea since heading back up to the house will take 10-15 minutes from there and give you quite a pulse. But a great place to stay which we highly recommend!

Wonderful week!

We had a wonderful stay - the apartment was super clean and really well equipped. Direct access to the pool was great - some parasols around the pool would be a helpful addition for the hot times of day. Would recommend - just be mindful that the walk up to the apartment from the Port is steep and about 25 mins.

Lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt, stort udeområde, god planløsning og skøn indretning med et godt mix af spansk og nordisk stil.Dejlig pool som kunne nydes ret uforstyrret, god parkeringsplads tæt ved lejligheden.Alt i alt et rigtig dejligt sted, der på alle måder levede op til forventningerne. Det kan klart anbefales.Man skal dog være opmærksom på en del trapper og niveauforskelle i området.

Vi havde et virkelig dejligt ophold. Lejligheden var lys, ren og luftig, og værelserne med aircondition gjorde opholdet ekstra behageligt. Den store terrasse med direkte adgang til poolen var helt fantastisk og blev hurtigt vores favoritsted. Alt fungerede perfekt, og vi følte os hjemme med det samme. Kan varmt anbefales.

Appartement très agréable

Appartement très bien pour 4 personnes : spacieux, confortable, propre. A savoir : l'appartement donne côté montagne (belle vue) et n'est plus exposé au soleil après 16 heures. Port de Soller est un bon "camp de base" pour le GR221.

Tolle Wohnung, toller Blick

Wohnung ist über zwei Etagen. So waren wir Eltern oben, hatten ein Bad und unten hatten die Kinder ihre Zimmer. Wohnzimmer und Terrasse und Pool waren schöne Orte, einfach zu sein!

Schöne Wohnung, Umfeld mäßig

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Wohnung vorgefunden in der es an nichts fehlte! Ausreichend Handtücher, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Leider ist der Bereich um den Pool sehr schmutzig und die Liegen am Pool sind defekt oder stark verschmutzt. Sonnenschirme gibt es am Pool gar nicht! Ein Tag am Pool ist also unmöglich.

Ganz lieben Dank für das Feedback. Wir freuen uns dass Ihnen die Wohnung gefallen hat. Die Info über den Poolbereich nehmen wir gerne zur Kenntnis und werden in der nächsten Eigentümerversammlung Pool Mobiliar und Pflege ansprechen. Leider sind die Sonnenschirme von der Hausgemeinschaft gestrichen worden weil die Nutzer diese oft nicht nach Gebrauch schliessen und diese mehrfach mit den Winden kaputt gingen und auch aus den Vorrichtungen gerissen wurden und durch die Anlage flogen. Unsere Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz ist allerdings nur wenige Schritte vom Poolbereich entfernt- so dass ein Entspannen im Schatten nach dem baden auf unsrer Terrasse auf bequemen Möbeln gewährleistet ist.
