This new built Villa is located on a large private property that will give you privacy and tranquility. Here you can enjoy excellent views of the mountains.
It is very well located, since in five minutes you can be in the center of Port de Sóller (by car).
It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. It's also have WI-FI
Outside, it has a large private pool of more than 40 square meters, terraces for sunbathing and barbecue.
It also has an outdoor porch where you can sit and enjoy your meals, work or relax, watching the beautiful views and enjoying the tranquility.

The property is amazing. It’s fully equipped with everything you need. The outside area is delightful and as a new build it’s been tastefully designed to a beautiful Mallorcan style. We loved it! One big issue we had has nothing to do with the house. It was advertised in a completely different location. One where it was a very easy walk to the port and beach. However it was actually much further out and up a very steep and long driveway which made it impossible for us to walk with a 9 month old in a push chair. Hence we had to hire Two cars. This only became apparent to me just a few weeks before we went. Too late to cancel the booking. After speaking to the manager of the villa, they explained this was VRBO mistake and since corrected it in July but didn’t let me know of the mistake until I approached them in August. After admitting you were wrong you offered me 90 compensation which I refused. This spoiled the holiday of two weeks having to always drive where ever we needed to be. The cost of the two cars came to 1700. This was very dissatisfying. Had VRBO told us about this mistake sooner we would have been able to make alternative arrangements. Villa amazing.VRBO wasn’t.

Our stay was wonderful, the villa is amazing with beautiful views all round. To lie by the pool looking at the mountains was a joy. Prior to our stay all our questions were answered promptly. The villa gate is a 10 minute walk from where the pin is, and the drive is extremely steep, a moderate level of fitness is needed or a car. We were a bit surprised at how steep the drive was but we got used to it very quickly and took our time, there’s no need to rush anywhere on holiday! There are no bin collections, so we factored in a bin stop, if needed, on our walk to the port. These 2 cons are far outweighed by the villa itself, it’s got everything you need, it’s safe and secure and a lot of fun was had by our group all week. No need to worry about making a noise as there’s no one near, just enjoy! Can’t recommend it highly enough and hope to book again next year.

A beautiful spacious villa, all mod cons and large pool with stunning views. Very close to Port de Soller town but up a steep hill, walk home at night is not for the faint hearted and not many taxis. Property manager was very responsive and gave lots of helpful information. Highly recommend.

We travelled as a family of 8 including 2 children aged 2 and 5 years. We did not hire a car. The villa, pool, views and seclusion are stunning.I could not fault the actual villa as it is beautiful but the steep incline you have to navigate on the driveway up from the private gate is very challenging especially in 30degree heat with 2 children in buggies!Walking down not so bad but still tricky with the buggies.Having said that we generally would walk down each evening and book 2 taxis back up. During the day we took advantage of the beautiful pool.We all agreed that the villa and pool and total seclusion plus the stunning views outweighed the walk back up to it!!

Beautiful villa

Lovely villa, clean and all in good condition. Exactly as in the pictures. Great communication from property manager. Further out from the Port than described so a car would be better

Incredible view spotless villa

Villa was beautiful. Comfy beds, good air con, good pool and patio area. Had all the little extras that help such as salt & pepper, oil, foil etc also beach towels are supplied. The view of the mountains is gorgeous. Very calming to sit and stare! The location of the villa was incorrect on the site when I booked so we were expecting it to be a lot closer to town than it was. The driveway is a two minute drive up a very steep hill. So was un walkable in the heat while we were staying. Taxis during the day were very unreliable. Luckily we managed to get a hire car for most of our stay which was perfect as we had 3 relatives over 75/80 who could not have gone out otherwise! llaser Rent a Car were fabulous. You can collect from the Port or at the airport. Taxi transfers and taxis struggled to find the place.From the gate of the villa it is a nice walk to the beach. Unfortunately the villa was broken into during our stay. A safe at the property would be beneficial for future bookings. We had a few other minor issues during our week but I whatsapped the owners who were prompt to sort out the problems. Not very helpful with the break in though sadly. Spotlessly clean, beautiful views once you are up at the villa, Port de Soller was lovely, great selection of bars and restaurants.

Wir hatten einen sensationellen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Alles war super. Alles sehr sauber, super Kommunikation. Perfekte Urlaub für uns als Familie.

Mountain views

The villa has a long driveway up to a beautiful villa. Downstairs there is a large lounge and kitchen with space for indoor and outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully stocked and the lounge has a small TV (for the property) but didn't come here to watch TV! There is also a bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms (one single) and 2 further bathrooms (one en-suite). Bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable with plenty of space to hang and store clothes. There is also an outdoor bbq area (w didn't use) and laundry facilities. Overall the property is well looked after and has a good feeling of space. The views are of the mountains - you can see the sea on the way down the driveway. Port de Soller is 15 minute walk away and would recommend you need a car for groceries and restaurant trips. The agent kindly let us check out later as there wasn't another booking the next day which was very much appreciated. Would happily stay there again as an amazing base fro Mallorca or just to chill in Port de Soller
