Really nice property with 3 true levels to give everyone privacy. House is exceptionally well equipped with just about anything that you forgot to bring. Kitchen is smallish and not ideal for extended cooking. Pool is small but well kept.

Girls’ trip success

My group of friends (55 ladies) enjoyed our stay very much. It was what we expected and we considered it a good value. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials. We had everything we needed. Convenient beach access too; only a 5 minute walk. It’s a quiet older neighborhood, don’t expect to be in the middle of a shopping and dining district.

Winderful relaxing stay near beach

This is a terrific property, with living and gathering space on the middle of three floors. Bathrooms and kitchen were well supplied. The entrance to East Beach is a short walk away. Nice deck off dining area. Excellent!

Nice Stay at Ciao Bella

The property was very nice. It was a quick walk to an apparently seldomly used public access to the beach. It was nice to have attached full bathrooms to all of the rooms.

Spring Break 24

The house is as beautiful and the kitchen had everything one would need to make a meal. The house was very clean. We had the pool heater turned on on day 2. It took a couple of hours to get to going and 2 different maintenance guys but once they got it working my granddaughter wouldn’t stay out. Fun was had by all.

Great house for family gathering

This house with 4br and baths was great for our family get together of 5 adults and 2 children. The 2nd floor combination family room, dining area and kitchen was a wonderful space for family activities. The house was clean, well maintained and well furnished. It had many more amenities than were listed in the description. The beach access was convenient to a less crowded area, but the walk was through a wooded area and over the dunes. It is a great property that we would rent again.

Perfect Spot

This rental was located perfectly on a quiet street. Just minutes to the beach. We cooked every night. The house had all the utensils and pots and pans to meet our cooking needs. We loved the cozy gathering areas. Plenty of space to get away from others. It was great for a friends getaway.

Great Place!

Beautiful house! It was great that everyone had their own bathroom. There were lots of little extras all around the house. There were lots of unique furnishings and decor! Roof top seating area was awesome! Just be aware that there are 3 floors not including the roof top area so if anyone has mobility issues this could be an issue….not an issue for us at all. We loved the place!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Ciao Bella where we celebrated a milestone. Little notes about amenities us enjoy our stay and the spacious accommodations will delight any potential vacationer. Plan to return.

Rooftop Views & Short Walk to the Beach

This was a great house for 6 adults & 2 children. Each bedroom had its own bathroom--a big plus! The salt water pool proved to be quite refreshing and there were a lot of different outside places to eat. The dining room table that was large enough to fit all of us was much appreciated.

Summer vacation

This was the first time we had stayed at St. Simons Island. The beach was peaceful, very family friendly. It’s was only a short walk to the beach from our house. The house was very clean. Everyone having their our bathroom in their room was GREAT. The pool was well kept and very nice. The only thing that was bad. Was it rain quite a bit and the down stairs twin bedroom leaked. We had to move the bed around to place pans to catch the rain. But over all we had a very good time. Will visit again

Great location

Loved the location, awesome beach access. House has great bedrooms, yard is a bit awkward and parts are not useable. Pool was dirty and 2 calls to company for Service didn’t get us any service.

Great Location and Fully Stocked House

We enjoyed our stay as the location was perfect; with only a short walk to the beach. Our family also enjoyed the pool. The house was fully stocked with everything that your family could need to enjoy your vacation. We will definitely be back.

Great House. Great Location for Relaxing.

The house is as advertised. Enjoyed a.m. coffee and evening cocktails on the rooftop deck. Beach access was a short walk away through a small wooded area. Almost like a secret passage. Make sure you mind your head if you’re tall! House provided plenty of beach chairs and 2 umbrellas; all in good condition. East Beach is a quiet residential neighborhood. Lots of beautiful Live Oaks and houses. The beach was not crowded. We rented bikes, walked and ran on the beach, and had great meals out. Favorites were Georgia Sea Grill, Halyards and Southern Soul BBQ. The Coast Guard Station Museum and Lighthouse commemorating WWII were very interesting and informative. I’m not a history buff but I really enjoyed how interactive the learning experience was. Views from the lighthouse are great! We really enjoyed SSI and Ciao Bella. Would book it again!

Loved It!!!

This house was perfect. The owners had a lot of nice touches that really went above and beyond. For example, here was sunblock and hand sanitizer waiting in the entry way. The house was spotless and the towels and linens were top notch. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Family Getaway

Great location, 3 lots from beach..short walk. Nice quiet neighborhood that was great for walks, bike rides, etc. Loved the location and loved St. Simons!

Great location

We really enjoyed staying in this house. The location towards the end of the island was great to avoid crowds. The beach was a quick walk, although you do need to walk through dunes a bit, but for a healthy person it was easy enough. The house was clean and well stocked. The pool was lovely. I will say the downstairs bedrooms (including the two twin beds) are quite loud when the A/C is on, so that may be a concern for light sleepers - we are heavy sleepers and it wasn't much of a problem.

Secluded getaway

During this global health crisis, we were looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and secluded spot to relax. This was it. Although the neighborhood has plenty of homes, the streets and beach were almost empty! The property was just as described with great amenities like the pool and just a couple minutes easy walk to the gorgeous beach.

Had a great time, short walk to the beach! We wished there was a little more space upstairs in the fridge, but there is an additional fridge downstairs so it worked out for our family.

Nice home but could stand some attention

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay there again if a few things were addressed. Close to beach, pool was great after a day in the sand and sun, and the ensuite bathrooms were a plus. It is pet friendly as well, but the lock on the fence was broken and the gate had to be propped shut with a chair. The back deck was spacious but not very inviting, as there were dead plants in pots everywhere and no soft surfaces to sit on. The house itself was clean but very cluttered with furniture. The couch was not comfortable and had a smell to it that seemed to be coming from between the cushions. Kitchen seemed to be well stocked but was not organized at all. We cooked most meals there due to COVID concerns and it took us awhile to get things in place. Ceiling fans could stand a cleaning and the ones in the bedrooms all seemed to rattle. There were no instructions for the tv remotes. The instructions sent to renters before arrival could use some updating, as there is enough parking for 4 cars in the driveway, not 3. And a list of things available to use, like beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to carry it all in, would have been helpful. Also the lights, fans and tv being on when we arrived was a bit wasteful and unnecessary. This review may sound like we are nitpicking but I find them helpful when deciding where to spend our money in an area where there a several choices of homes to be found. I hope that other potential renters will too. Thank you.
