Great Boulder Stay

Great location

The location is great. About 10 mins to Pearl St. and 10 mins to some great hikes. Lots of bike paths around the area as well.

Great place

We felt at home as soon as we walked in. We live in a rural area so were worried about noise, place was quiet and yet convenient to shopping, downtown and the rec center. Nancy promptly answered the few questions we had. We came to visit family, but wanted a space of out own, this was perfect.

Perfect 2bed 2 bath in Boulder

I loved staying here, the place was great. spacious and had everything I needed. I walked to the grocery store, and was a quick drive or uber downtown boulder. Nancy was a great host, and I would 100% stay here again.

Comfortable condo

We enjoyed our six weeks in Boulder at Nancy's. It is very convenient to shopping and it is nice to have covered parking. There could be a better supply of linens and some of the furniture was showing its age. Those are the only reasons we did not give it a 5. Nancy was great to deal with.

Very musty smelling inside, used candles! Primary bath needs grout removed & regrouped. Don’t turn on the primary ceiling fan. Carpets were clean but need stretching as I caught my crutches many times! Needed to wash dishes after every meal as there weren’t enough. I can’t say enough good things about the location! Close to grocery store, pharmacy, parks, golf course, mountains.

The best you can get at Boulder

We stayed here long term (6+ months) and loved every day of it. The location was perfect, nearby to everything. There are grocery stores, restaurants, a gym, coffee, gas, trails, etc that are within 5 min drive and downtown is 10 mins drive. You can get to anything you need in less than 10 mins drive. Nancy was the perfect host and she was very understanding and helpful. Communicating with her was a breeze. The unit was also perfect with everything we needed, pretty neat, with plenty of storage, covered parking, and good internet speed. I would definitely recommend this place and we'd love to come back again.

Comfortable Stay

Ann was easy to work with. I liked the condo enough to extend my stay for over a month. Two miles to city center with numerous hiking trails nearby. Large space with a well equipped kitchen. Dated decor but well maintained. I preferred opening windows and tried not to use the HVAC system as it circulated stale air. My bike was stolen in the parking lot. It was locked by my parking space like the other residents, but I did not have a u lock and someone cut the lock. It is nice to have a reserved space, but the association needs to consider cameras, or closing off the lot. Thankfully no one made any attempts on my car.

Nancy’s condo in Boulder was just right: clean, roomy, well appointed. Good neighborhood, convenient to everything in Boulder. Nancy was always available if needed. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Wonderful!

I am not sure what to say without leaving a book on how incredible the stay was. The condo is cozy and has a wonderful balcony. The surrounding area has plenty of cool little restaurants. The owner was prompt and wonderfully helpful when I needed to extend my stay.

Cute long-term stay!

The photos don't do justice to this place. The apartment is bigger than what you see in the photos. There is a beautiful patio to enjoy the scenic views. The neighborhood is safe. Nancy is a great host - always available for any questions we had. She has kept the place very well decorated and cleaned. We could find everything (including a sanitizer) that we could possibly need for a long stay.

Home away from home

Five Stars!

Nancy is a great host and she has furnished the condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping center with a grocery store and several other businesses. Walking trails are just a few steps away. Easy access to all that Boulder has to offer. We enjoyed our time and would stay again.

Great comfort and location

Stayed for a month and it felt like home away from home, very clean and quiet. Was working remote, wifi was OK, luckily my hotspot(verizon) was better. Walking distance to grocery store, 15 min bike ride to chataqua. Great access to bike paths. Would recommend and gladly stay here again.

Just like pictures!

Very happy with my stay! While in the process of moving to Colorado, I had a month of transition time prior to being able to move in to our new home. Thankfully, I was able to find this condo accommodating my need for a longer stay. Wonderful location - especially for anyone being in Boulder for CU activities...the condo is minutes from the University but without the 'busyness'. Condo is just like pictures and was very clean. Thank you Nancy for everything!

Nice stays in a lovely condo

Clean and well organized. Easy walk to a grocery store, a library, and a park. RTD 225 and 206 will easily get you to downtown. Nancy was very nice to us. Our two month stay was very pleasant.

Nancy Was Wonderful!

Nancy was a delight to work with, very accommodating and quick to respond. The unit was clean and had everything needed to be comfortable. It does need some updating as far as furnishings (or perhaps just not our style) however don’t let that stop you (and the only reason this isn’t a 5 star). We would definitely stay here again when in town.
