新しいスイミングプール付きの魅力的なモダンハウス - 無料の塩素:-) 海と島々の素晴らしい眺望を誇る、新しく改装された素敵なアパートメントです。 美しいテラスのそばに、2018年に新しく建てられたプールがあります。 アパートMaya 1.はトロギルの歴史的中心部から3キロ、空港から10キロに位置しています。 ユネスコ世界遺産のスプリットとトロギールは家の近くにあり、クルカ国立公園はアパートからわずか30キロの距離です。

Beautiful house next to the sea and great towns (Unesco sites)

Very nice place and very kind host. We were just a bit disappointed when we saw it was an appartment (even if marvelous) because we thought we has an entire house... the advert is misleading :-(

Fabulous!!

We arrived to the apartment and were met by Niksa who was wonderful!! A great location to kick back and relax! The pool was excellent!! We encountered a hiccup with the wifi/internet service and there was construction being done in the neighbourhood while we were there, but overall, a great place to unwind after a full day of exploring beautiful Split and area..!!!

Super schön mit Pool!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Balkon hat einen traumhaften Meerblick. Der Vermieter ist top!!! Hilft immer, sehr freundlich. Jederzeit wieder!!

Tolles Appartement

Das Appartment (bis auf das Badezimmer) ist so frisch renoviert und genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet! Wirklich super. Es fehlt nichts an der Ausstattung. Alles ist Super sauber, ebenso der Pool. Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer ist ein wunderschön. Insgesamt war es ein Aufenthalt genauso wie wir ihn uns gewünscht haben. Ruhig, zum erholen und Seele baumeln lassen 1a.

Sehr tolles und sauberes Ferienapartment mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer und großem Pool. Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und stets zur Verfügung für Fragen. Lage war ok, eine Rollermietung ist allerdings zu empfehlen. Fazit: absolut Empfehlenswert!

Nice spacious apartment near sea

The apartment had lots of space and was well equipped, with nice balcony with sea view. The hosts are very friendly. The new swimming pool shows the owners keep investing in this apartment. Short walking distance tot the sea and two beaches. Both the town and the neigboring UNESCO towns are beautiful.

Wonderful days

It was wonderful. My girlfriend and I were there form June 9th until June 15th. The landlords are really kind people. Always checking if we need anything . Told us, where we could find good bathing places, supermarket locations, restaurants and so on. The apartment and the pool area as the pool itself was in awesome condition. Always checking if the pool( and the rest) needs a cleaning and if so, they do it without disturbing their guests. by the way, I like it very much that the pool is without chlorine. No burning eyes. I can truly recommend spending your vacation there. You won't regret it. We will definitely come back. Best regards Lara & Daniel

I have traveled personally through almost the whole world as a professional athlete so I know what the guest expects, so we strive to offer top service in every respect and this is a guarantee of why guests love our accommodation and services. Almost all my life I've been traveling around the world as a professional athlete and through this trip I had a lot of experience with the kind and quality of accommodation.
When arranging and equipping this accommodation I chose the best I think I liked on my travels and I hope that I succeeded in intent to make you feel comfortable and comfortable in Maya 1 House :-)

Apartment Maya 1 is unique in its environment because of its newly built swimming pool, 6 parking spaces, a large barbecue and beautifully landscaped greenery around the property. The most impressive detail is the view from the terrace while sitting at the table and enjoying the food and drink, the pool and the sea, and the islands that are a few kilometers away.
