Inside this very attractive vacation rental, you'll find high ceilings, loads of windows welcoming in plenty of natural light, and desirable amenities and appliances throughout. Prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen and then dine at the attached breakfast bar or the nearby dining table for six. And when you want to relax at home, settle into the open living area with comfortable seating, a cable-equipped, flatscreen TV, and a warming gas fireplace.

What's nearby:
This townhouse sits within a peaceful community located just six miles west of downtown Pagosa Springs, the San Juan River, and the area's world-famous hot springs. In warm weather, the San Juan River offers opportunities for fishing, kayaking, tubing, and paddleboarding, while visiting golfers will want to challenge the 27 holes of the Pagosa Springs Golf Club, only a mile from your door. And discover the San Juans on horseback through one of several local stables and outfitters. In winter, hit the slopes of the Wolf Creek Ski Area, just 30 miles northeast. And no matter the season, close out your days at one of several local restaurants, cafes, and breweries.

What a gem! This place was beautiful and more like a home than a rental. At the end of the street was a City Market shopping plaza with the cutest little restaurant for breakfast and lunch, as well as a huge store with Mexican imports, such fun finds! We loved this condo and want to stay here again! We were in Pagosa to do the Solstice Sunrise at Chimney Rock, highly recommend, and the condo was a quick 20 minutes from there and we didn't have to deal with driving through all of the construction in town. the location was absolutely perfect. We wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend!

The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. Had lots of kitchen amenities. Was a little difficult to find in the dark and the code to the front door a little difficult at first. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely stay again!

Comfy condo close to everything

We chose this place for the location, and ease of getting in and out to go skiing. It was comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom. Loved the fireplace!
