Welcome to this fantastic country house on the outskirts of Pollensa where 4 people will enjoy the authentic essence of a Mallorcan home.
The beautiful garden of this wonderful rustic house invites to peacefully relax while enjoying a nice swim in the chlorine pool or maybe sunbathing on one of the 4 sun loungers or on the fresh lawn. The pool sizes 7 x 5 metres and its water depth goes from 1 to 1.8 metres. The furnished porch awaits after a nice morning and here you will be able to taste a delicious barbecue prepared by those who love to cook alfresco. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

Comprising 2 floors, the accommodation surprises with its strong Mallorcan character. It clearly reflects the essence of the rustic houses in the island with its old but preserved furniture, its wooden beams and its beautiful decorative details. The living - dining room highlights this style with its impressive chimney and it invites to watch the satellite TV or chat all together. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, a table with chairs to enjoy your meals right here and much more. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are in the kitchen. On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms of the house, both with an en-suite bathroom with a tub, closet, fan and exit to the terrace. One of the bedrooms offers a double bed and the other has twin beds. Finally, we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The location of this property is perfect because you will enjoy the charm and peace of the country side but having, at the same time, all needed services for an independent stay in the lovely town of Pollensa, just a few minutes drive away. It also is near the Tramuntana mountain range, so ideal for hiking or biking excursions. You can also drive a car to know stunning corners of the island. The nearest sandy beach is Puerto de Pollensa about 4.3 km away although we recommend you visit the beautiful coves of Cala Sant Vicens.

Outside the property is lovely. Although pool a little tired. Inside is very tired All dishes in cupboards were dirty Poor level of standard provisions - 4 dishwasher tabs for a whole week - two rolls of toilet paper - no salt and pepper/basic Air conditioning was on a timer so useless most of the time Rusting baths Major issue with mosquitoes and all screens had gaps. So windows had to be kept shut, adding to the problem with lack of air con.

Kleine gemütliche Finca mit Pool im Grünen und ruhig gelegen.

Diese kleine gemütliche Finca ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig, besonders die Küche und das Bad. Eine funktionsfähige Kaffeemaschine wäre super, diese hier ging zwischendurch immer aus. Ein mobiler Grill ist zwar vorhanden, jedoch keine Grillkohle, Anzünder bzw. Grillzange. Außerdem haben wir ein paar Taps für die Spülmaschine vermisst. Es wäre sehr schön, wenn man diese Dinge bereitstellen könnte, damit nicht jeder Gast alles kaufen muss. Der Pool ist sehr schön sauber und mit Stufen und abends beleuchtet. Die Einfahrt zur Finca ist etwas schwierig, weil sie sehr schmal ist und direkt hinter einer Kurve. Wir haben uns trotzdem hier sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ruhe und Natur genossen und können deshalb diese Finca unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

A lovely property, with comfortable, generous sized rooms. The pool was cold early in the season but was lovely for a quick dip - it would be fabulous in warmer weather. Great garden, plenty of room for relaxing in the shade or sun. Currently no basic kitchen items (e.g. Salt & Pepper) but hopefully the owners will rectify. Apart from that the kitchen is fine for basic cooking. Great area away from busier towns but easy to access Pollenca or the port for restaurants and supplies - it is a real haven. It would be great for cyclists as plenty of room for bikes to be stored securely.

As good as it looks!

This villa really is as good as it looks from the photos: spacious rooms with all the facilities set in a beautiful garden with fantastic pool - all in a peaceful location. Agent and owner were both very helpful and quick to resolve a small maintenance issue. Great holiday!

Very nice house with 2 large bedrooms and own bathroom, insect screens on the windows and airconditioning (all very pleasant features to say the least!). Interior of the house is a little outdated, but still functional. Also, as a tall Dutch man, you gotta be aware of your surroundings in a house made for "smaller" spanish people. Still, 90% of the time you're outside, and there it's perfect. Nice outdoor area, bbq, lovely garden and grass field, and more than perfect pool. All in all, very very good stay! Thanks a lot!
