Everything you need within a 5 minute walk to West Asheville's famous Haywood Road. Enjoy bakeries, restaurants, pubs, clubs, art galleries and more! The grocery store within walking distance, and there is a local farmer's market just a few miles away. The house is near the city bus line and less than 15 minutes to the Asheville airport. Everything you need within walking distance or you can be in downtown Asheville, hiking on the Blue Ridge Parkway, or floating down the French Broad River in 5 short miles.

Guest access
Access to the entire house. Guests are asked not to enter the attic or basement area, nor should they enter the garage or garage apartment

I am available if you need anything during your stay. I have a cell phone and texting abilities. Lockbox on front door.
West Asheville is an awesome neighborhood. Very walkable and lots to do for any age group. I will try to leave a copy of the latest Mountain Express Weekly Newspaper, that highlights current event and happenings, and I will also leave you some of my favorite destinations!

The neighborhood
Walk to everything: grocery, clubs, pub, bakeries, restaurants, music venues, coffee shops, even the bus stop! If that weren't enough, we are located in a super-convenient location. In minutes you can be on the Blue Ridge Parkway, the French Broad River, strolling the shops in Downtown Asheville, or touring the Biltmore House!
