3-5ベッドルーム/ 3バス、沿岸のリビングスタイルの家で、海上にフレアがあります！ OCEANFRONT Patio w / BBQ、ファイヤーピット、2つの新しい屋外ダイニングセットとラウンジをお楽しみください。 さらに低いパティオがさらに座ります。 イルカ、サーファー、ときどきクジラを見たり、ゲームをしたりしながら、本やリビングルームの暖炉のそばで窓辺でリラックス！ イーストクリフに新しく舗装された海辺の遊歩道を散歩し、カジュアルなビーチの雰囲気の中で、新しく改装された曲がり角の「プレジャーポイントカフェ」で軽食とコーヒーをお楽しみください。 このエリアには、サーフ映画「Chasing Mavericks」があります！
41番街近くにはレストラン、新しい醸造所、コーヒーショップ、サーフショップ、自転車レンタルなどがあります！

Amazing ocean front property, loved the location. The beach was beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the views. We actually enjoyed the separate entrance between 1st and 2nd levels.

Very well kept and clean. Loved the views of the ocean. Beds were cozy. We were lucky to experience two amazing sunsets and perfect weather. We can’t wait to return.

We had a great stay! The views are truly incredible! Sitting outside during sunset and listening to the waves crash was so peaceful. The location was great and we enjoyed driving to downtown Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel by the sea. We went grocery shopping and were happy to see that the kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was not a 4BR for up to 10 people. It was 2 apartments, 1 2 BR and the upstairs being a 1 BR with a converted closet and bunk bed shoved in, no door, window or closet. The table in the downstairs apartment only seated six and the main living area only accommodated 6 comfortably. We had to pull in deck chairs so all could sit and we only had 8. The property description and details should be verified. The only accurate aspect was the location which was right on the water.

First let me say we had a lovely time. The house was clean and provided everything we needed to have a great weekend. That said, I would be untruthful if I didn’t bring up some issues. The location was outstanding but to say this is a five bedroom house is misleading. This is basically a duplex with 5ish bedrooms between the two units. (A couple of the bedrooms in the upstairs unit would barely count as rooms)Communication with the host was good once we checked in but the checkin process was not good at all. We did not receive the lockbox code till 30 minutes after “check in time” which led to me and a bunch of my relatives huddled in a corner while we sat on hold with VRBO. Obviously we got in eventually but it was not the way I wanted to start things off. Other than that, great spot. Thanks for hosting us.

Most delightful family gathering

We wanted a place where we could all stay as a family for my niece’s wedding. This exceeded our expectations, as it was not just accommodations for the group, but the most delightful retreat for us all, and we made the most wonderful memories in this beautiful spot

Beautiful location with fabulous ocean views and close to the beach. But, the area in front of the house is not beach. House was well stocked and the beach cart was particularly helpful. The checkin time of 4 seemed very late, especially with a checkout of 10:30. But otherwise the process was smooth. We were traveling with our adult kids and grandkids and fit in the space well. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Beautiful view. Safe area. Close by beach. Lots of amenities. The only thing was. The pictures shows a beach from the patio and there was no beach. All rocks and high tied. I know the tied is different and different time of the year. But it showed be addressed.

Chillin' at Pleasure Point.

Plenty of room for grandma and grandpa, 2 moms, 2 dads, 3 grandchildren. Easy walk to the beach, lots to do in Santa Cruz.

Fantastic! Just as advertised

My family and I had a perfect week in mid-September at this beach house. Roomy, clean, perfect location and well stocked with linens and paper products. Right on the water… if we had been closer to the ocean, we’d have been in a submarine! Highly recommend this beach house!

Family Vacation

Our stay at Pleasure Point was amazing! The waves crashing below the balcony was a bonus. The walk to the beach was just a few houses down from the driveway. The house was very accommodating and fully stocked. We loved it!

Family stay in Santa Cruz

The house was well stocked and mostly clean. The view was absolutely great. The neighbor hood is quiet. The chair cushions a bit stained otherwise at 5.

Amazing Home Away From Home

We booked this place for my mother’s 60th birthday and it was great. The location was ideal for all the activities we had planned during our stay. The house was very well cleaned and supplied everything you needed to enjoy a home away from your own. The layout was nice a supplied addition privacy and plenty of space for multiple people including kids! But the overall best part is the view, it’s private and we saw everything from whales and dolphins to surfers and boats, you could see the pier and board walk day or night as long as it was clear. This house is definitely a place our family would book again.

Property could use an upgrade. Mold and mildew were obvious. Loved watching pelicans and dolphins from window.

Future guests, Property is right on the water so there is always some ocean air spray on the home. (not mold). The floors are mainly engineered wood. It is maintained consistently. New dishwasher in lower kitchen and new fridge upstairs.

Beautiful ocean view

Older home but nice. Two units (one downstairs and a separate unit upstairs.) Patio area was PERFECT - couldn’t get a closer ocean view. Saw seals, otters, Borland even a whale! One item we requested to be added for safety was a lock on the back gate The caregiver said she would talk with the owner. Really though, an excellent place. .
