Property Management Fail
We rented this property for a week long family vacation. Upon arrival we immediately noticed the listing was inaccurate as the listing we viewed stated there was a futon AND a pullout couch. There in fact was only a pull out couch. When we went searching for the linens for the pull out couch there were none to be found. We placed a call to the property management team. This call went unanswered. Later in the week we made another call to the property management team which also went unanswered for a lengthy period of time. When the team did finally reach out it was nothing but excuses. Our concerns were eventually addressed but not in a timely manner. Expect to have to make multiple calls and to wait several hours for a response.
As far as the property itself, it is fairly well maintained. We did notice there was mice feces in some of the window sills. The dishwasher needs service- it does not clean well. The dryer also needs service- the heating element is not functioning properly. It took 4 cycles in the dryer for our clothes to come out dry.
All in all the owners have done a fabulous job stocking the property but the property management team left something to be desired. Our only critique of what has been supplied is that the mattresses of the bedrooms
could all stand to be updated. We are all leaving with backaches.
