You'll be sure to get your steps in as there are 2 sets of stairs to access the different levels. The main level features a large screened in porch with swing and dining area. There's plenty of space for the whole family to relax in the living room which has a 65" Samsung smart tv and a queen sized, memory foam sleeper sofa to use if needed.

The dining area has a table with seating for 8, and an additional 4 barstools at the counter. Enjoy your morning coffee with the provided coffee and coffee maker. The kitchen is well equipped and includes appliances such as an ice maker, toaster, blender, water kettle and extra large griddle. A washer/dryer and 1/2 bath are also included on the main level.

Upstairs on the 3rd level are 3 bedrooms.

There is a full bath in the hall that is shared by the secondary bedrooms.

On the breezy first level of this property is a large shaded deck perfect for enjoying views of the gulf. Located here you'll find a picnic table, outdoor shower and a gas grill.

Because of how close you are to the gulf, there is not beach access directly out front. You can access the beach on either side of complex.
