With 1,680 sqft heated and 3,144 sqft including decks, the 2 screened porches, a sun porch and direct beach access make for great outdoor time. The open living/dining kitchen area with views all around make indoor time a breeze. There is even a shuffle board table!

The gulf front house is just three houses down from the end of Indian Pass Road, adjacent to the boat launch, has a view of St Vincent's Island from the gulf side. The beach is quiet and just quick walk down the boardwalk from the back deck.
