Great property

The home was incredible, and the service was nothing less than five stars. My friends and I enjoyed the respite and the view of the ocean. Hearing the waves crashing on the beach at night was a great sleep elixir.

Thr best vacation ever

The home is beautiful. The master room bed was a little to hard for me. Couldn't access the laundry room which was different for us. The chef, maids and drivers were the best. I would give them a 10. We had no issues with the house at all. Now to be fare the flies got annoying when it was time to eat. The waves were so beautiful the sound the peac r wow

Amazing vacation

I can't say enough how great Alex and his team was for this trip. The house is beautiful, pictures on the listing are accurate and everything went perfect. The driver Joel was affordable and accommodating, Chef Rosy's team was amazing and made an amazing breakfast and dinners for us (for a very reasonable rate), the maids kept the place very clean and organized and were also very accommodating. The bedrooms have their own AC and each one has a full bathroom, so everyone on the trip was very happy. Each room has a priceless view. Only a few small issues. The neighborhood you drive through to get to the property is pretty much abandoned buildings and some new construction. I felt very safe (there is a also an armed guard on the property 24/7) but the surrounding area is interesting for sure. Also, the jacuzzi hot tub wasn't hot. Lastly, I wish they had some chairs on the beach to sit on. All that being said, these were minor issues and I would definitely go there again!

Most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had

The house and location were absolutely amazing. To go from the house to the pool to the beach to the ocean is spectacular. There were 12 of us in total and everyone had a fantastic time. The staff were great as well. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Alex is a remarkable host!

Just Ok

We stayed at the Villa for 8 days. all the properties around the villa are under construction, we didn't really want to walk around as there are dogs. The check in part was easy. There is no AC in the main part of the house so if you need to cool down you have to go to your room. The master bedroom AC can not pull the area of the room so doesn't get cold/cool. The amount of FLIES there were is just shocking! Nothing was done to prevent them, we just got told that its the weather. Cleaning staff was lazy and would need to be told what to clean, if not told they would leave at 12 when they're supposed to stay until 4pm. (that's what I got told) There is a security guard with a gun which is great for safety but wasn't expected. He walked the perimeter the whole time. Food was decent, nothing special. A lot of the house had rusty parts in all the rooms. Overall not bad and that's just because of the view!

great beach and spot to be lazy!

Super spot on a great beach. Mixed neighborhood with character but very safe place and full time staff and security. Alex was great and very responsive. Super clean and pictures are accurate (some minor rust on hinges that is not consequential). Just what we expected and wanted...go for it!

A slice of paradise in Cabarete

We had a wonderful time at Alex's place in Cabarete. This is a beautiful spot, steps away from the ocean. Our kids enjoyed the pool and beach area, and playing in the ocean. There is a strong undertow, however, children can play safely with adult supervision. Our 7 year old LOVED the waves. No jellyfish/seaweed; beautiful sandy beaches. In terms of Joel for transportation, he is super lovely and caring. He hooked us up with snorkelling in town and helped when our kids were stung by jellyfish at Sosua beach. In terms of the maids, they are lovely and will do whatever you ask them to (in terms of laundry, etc). They bought our kids presents before leaving for my sons bday. In terms of the cooks (Mariana and Wasca; Rosi's son); they were AMAZING. Delicious food, open to any requests. All of our shopping was done for us, including beveridges. A++ food. Alex was also very responsive and answered any questions we had very quickly. We would definitely come again :)

Literally Paradise!!

This was our first couples trip internationally and Alex did not disappoint!!! Everything was SPECTACULAR! From the driver, to the chef, to the housekeeping. Everyone was courteous, professional and very accommodating! We told Alex one of the guys was planning to propose, and Chef Rossy was able to set everything up! Balloons, rose petals, you name it! I could not be any happier! I HIGHLY recommend this place. It’s literally paradise!! JUST BOOK IT!!! You won’t regret it!

A beautiful vacation home

A beautiful vacation home. We had the beach to ourselves. The back patio and pool are a spacious and welcoming gathering place to relax or have a great time. We had the Chef Rossy (Ms. Megalina De La Cruz) cook for us for 3 of our days and they did a nice job allowing us to relax and enjoy beautifully prepared meals. Joel did an outstanding job transporting us wherever we wanted to go and was very attentive to our needs. I recommend utilizing the driver as driving in DR looks very challenging and Joel is very patient, safe and attentive. The maid(s) helped keep the house clean to allow us to enjoy ourselves. The photos capture the beauty of the house and the location. There is normal wear from being an oceanfront home, however, nothing major. The AC in the bedrooms was great to ensure sleep comfort. There is no AC in the main part of the house which is fine most of the time as there is a nice breeze. With no breeze it can get very toasty (we were there in June, so makes sense). Overall, we had an amazing trip.

Absolutely Amazing

We have a yearly international couples trip (5 couples) and I have to say this properly was one of the best we've stayed at. The house is stunning - from the views, to the pool, to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff was top- notch and so much fun. Alex met us upon arrival and showed us around the house, making us feel at home. He is a great host. I highly recommend this property!

Picture Perfect* Don’t hesitate, just book!

Our 4 days at the villa was unforgettable, from the moment we walked into the villa we were pampered. From the luxe design, and the perfect layout, the house was ideal for large my group of friends. My particular group have been traveling together for over 15 years. Over the past 5 years we’ve all began the journey of marriage and had the opportunity to travel the world, celebrating brides. This weekend was my turn and it was truly remarkable. Since we have lots of experience traveling, we tend to be hyper organized. Alex was helpful throughout the entire planning process and I was able to have our itinerary and agenda set, months in advance. The villa staff was welcoming, generous, and made the weekend. Megalina and Ouasco made incredible dishes for us throughout the trip, they made delicious authentic dishes with ultra fresh produce and kept us nourished the entire weekend. The security was very kind, made us feel safe and we greatly appreciated their presence. The cleaning staff was very attentive and came each morning to freshen up the space, clean individual rooms, also incredibly kind. Extras:We hired Melina massage and it felt like we were on the set of White Lotus. As well as Gaby from Dharma Yoga, who created a beautiful session for us, highly recommend both. The true MVP of the weekend was our driver Joel. From the moment he picked us up to our departure, we felt safe and cared for with him as our driver. WE ALL LOVED Joel 💕

Paradise

I loved the place from the amazing view to staff the cook, driver, security and housekeeper. They were fun to be around made us feel welcomed. The food that was prepared was delicious cook never disappointed us. We couldn’t wait to see what the next meal was. She out did herself everyday. The villa needs just a little work done nothing major and nothing that would prevent you from staying there. Our overall experience was simply Devine. We also felt very safe and relaxed. Alex the host was available to answer any questions that I had.

Paradise and more

Words cannot properly describe the beauty of this property and its grounds. The general consensus amongst our group of well travelled 9 adults was that Alex’s property was one of the most beautiful destinations we ve ever been to. Communication with Alex great, cleaning staff and everyone else who helped us amazing - shoutout to Joel who drove us around and Rosi who cooked us the most amazing meals including my dad’s 60th surprise party on Day 1! Absolutely marvellous! Thank you! The house is super spacious with entrances to the rooms from both inside and outside, pool table, fast wifi and TVs dotted everywhere. Recommend wholeheartedly! 5* + Thank you Alex for having us!

Beautiful Beach House for our annual family vacation

A family of eleven converged on this property with ages between 15 and 75. Alex was most helpful, as were the housekeepers and the security guards. Joel the driver was phenomenal. Two great places to eat were Taco Tuesday at the Martini Bar, and Front Loop right on or near Kite Beach! Lots of activities(horseback riding, ATV excursions,etc) or enjoying the beach and the fabulous pool. Jenny gave several of us the best massage, so that was such a treat! Several trips to Janet’s Market, thanks to Joel. Great time had by all.

This was a perfect stay in a beautiful beach house and property. Plenty of room for our group.

We are a group of friends, six married couples and Alex was the perfect host . Everything was exactly as he described , actually even better .

Excellent Stay & Services for Birthday Celebration!!

From the initial booking to the last day of our stay Alex, the Housekeepers/Cooks, Security guards and Joel, the taxi drive were excellent and very accommodating! The house was amazing, clean and pretty much the same as the pictures. Every room had views of the beach / ocean, which felt private just for our party! The housekeepers who were also the cooks, cooked amazing Dominican style food and was extremely flexible for special requests from the guests. This house beyond served its purposes for a beautiful 45th birthday celebration for my husband! Would book this house again in a heartbeat the next time we are in DR!

House is beautiful but is not exactly like in the picture

The property overall is beautiful but the pictures make the house look more stunning and newer than it actually is. Once you arrive you start to notice the small things like old faucets broken cabinet doors and the wear and tear on the furniture, air conditioning, shower ext. as for amenities note that this misrepresented. The hair dryer was a must for me and this item was missing so bring your own hair dryer. Washer/dryer we were told that this can only be used to wash towels and not our clothing which was disappointing since we had children with us. Wifi did not work well in some of the bedrooms. They also locked up the room that had towels, toilet paper and paper towels which poses a problem if this is needed at night and the staff is gone for the day. There was no AC in the main area only one fan and there were nights where the temperature was too hot for the kids and older folks. Also the freezer/fridge was leaking water which made the kitchen floor slippery. Now on to the GOOD The cooks/cleaning ladies and guard were GREAT! They took care of us and made our stay pleasant. The beach is beautiful!!!

Great house!

Birthday celebration for my wife. Group of 10. House shows very well! 5 day stay. A few maintenance issues. We spent 4 days without hot water. House keeping was very helpfull. We also paid for the cook throughout our stay (cook is a must) food was amazing! Host Alex was always available to communicate with us. Host did set up ground transportation with a driver named Joel. Joel scammed us and ripped us off with pricing and allegedly setting up excursions. We would pay Joel in advance and upon day of he would ask for additional money. I can spend days talking about Joel and his scams.(stay away from joel). Overall yes great trip and would definitely return to Alex and this beautiful house!!!!!!

Great House with amazing views.

We are a group of 12 couples looking for a great getaway in Cabarete. The house itself is beautiful and lives up to the images, expect for the beach which based on the season had sting undercurrent and had a lot of debris. Great for surfers but not ideal for swimmers. The housekeepers and cooks where great to work with and very flexible with our needs. The manager Alex was also accessible and responsive. Immediate neighborhood had a lot of closed down business but there were plenty accessible within a few miles. Wilson’s Boca Seafood would be highly recommended based on the food and experience.

FANTASTIC PLACE!!!

We absolutely loved this house! Alex the property manager was extremely helpful with all of our requests and answered our texts any time of day. Floyra the housekeeper was very kind and cooked us some of the best meals we ate in Dominican! Joel was our taxi driver and took us everywhere we needed to go at very reasonable rates and was very kind and helpful. Overall this house was beautiful and we had a fantastic stay!! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to returning again!

A Fantastic Vacation!!

Wow this was such a fantastic time. Upon our arrival, Alex was there with his staff and introduced our family to everyone. Alex was very kind and had purchased us some groceries to get us through the first day. He took us through a tour of the house and reviewed everything with us. He was also very responsive any time we had questions. The house is beautiful and met all of our needs. The views were incredible! Being able to sit in the pool and look directly out to the beautiful ocean was awesome. The security guards did a great job and were very friendly. Florida and Socorro were absolutely wonderful. They took care of the house and us! We highly recommend having them cook some of your meals. Their was never any food left as our whole family enjoyed every bite!! We had great fun learning to communicate with them, some of our grandchildren could speak a little spanish and we used our translator on our phones and it worked out perfect. We also had Jenny come out two days and we each had a wonderful massage out by the pool. Highly recommend having her come to the house. It was so relaxing and she did 10 of us and every massage was great. The girls all did a horseback ride along the beach at 5pm and it was so beautiful. There was a great breeze and the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely recommend going to the Monkey Jungle!! Also recommend a couple of places we ate that were outstanding: The Crazy Ranch, Papi, Sea Horse Ranch, Vegamudo (a cute little coffee shop that has great breakfast) but the girls cooking was soooo good to top it off. We loved the DR and would not hesitate coming back and staying at the villa. Thank you so much Alex and your great staff for making our trip a memorable time.
