ベルネの真ん中に位置する素晴らしい新しいプロパティ。 とても静かで、大きなoの木に囲まれています。 メインストリート（6ブロック）に歩いてすぐ。 オールドデポウォーキングトレイルは半ブロック先です。 トレイルを東に向かってチボロクリークに、西に向かってBumdoodlers Piesに行きます！ デポコテージは、2016年12月にヒルカントリーの石灰岩から新しく建設されました。 メインストリートにあるオールドネイチャーセンターヒストリックビルをモデルにしています。 デポコテージは、かつてデポストリートと呼ばれ、ベルネデポ駅があった通りにあります。 キングベッドと、大人または子供を収容できる2つのロールアウェイがあります。 アンティーク家具で美しく装飾され、モダンな設備もすべて備わっています（WIFIを含む）。 3エーカーの敷地には門があり、ペットの安全を守るために芝生エリアに小さなフェンスがあります。 隣接するプロパティにホワイトテイルと軸シカが表示されます。 テキサスヒルカントリーに隔離されているように感じながら、ベルンのダウンタウンのすべての便利さをお楽しみください。

Another visit and another perfect time. MyDogs loved the yard and the adjacent field. Our host Terry never disappoints. The bed linens and decor were the finest. We will be back next time to see our grandchildren in Boerne.

I love this little house! The setting is so tranquil. Sitting on the porch with my morning coffee while watching the deer and hawks was a great way to start each day. It feels like you’re out in the middle of nowhere but actually everything I needed to do while in Boerne was just a few minutes away.

Fabulous Cottage- We will be back!

Such a lovely cottage with a beautiful view. My husband and I sat outside in the evenings to see deer grazing, which was so relaxing. The cottage itself has every amenity needed for a stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the entire cottage was clean. There is a small, fenced area for a dog in the front of the cottage that is enough room to run off energy. The weekend we booked was rainy, but with the covered patio and chairs, we were still able to sit outside under the covered porch without getting wet. So relaxing and we will definitely be back. Oh, I almost forgot, it is close to a walking nature path and is a walkable distance to shops and restaurants maybe about 10 min walk away.

Depot Cottage

The cottage was beautiful, clean, and extremely well stocked. It went well beyond our expectations. One of our favorites was the front porch.

Very quiet and cozy and clean bed and bedding was so comfortable AC worked great to!! Loved having deer to watch while sitting on the porch!! If ever back in Boerne will be booking here again

Gem in Boerne, Texas

The Depot Cottage is truly a GEM in Boerne, Texas. Location and amenities are nothing short of excellent. It's a peaceful setting with lots of wildlife surrounding you - deer. We loved the neighborhood. We took the trail-way for a quick morning walk. The Depot Cottage is equipped with very, very nice and beautiful furniture and every convenience item that you need. The Depot Cottage interior looks like it was professionally decorated - quality throughout! We loved our stay and will hopefully stay again. Thank you, Terry. Our stay was top notch!!

Depot Cottage

Host was polite and accommodated 1 request. We were able to walk to the downtown area and meander. It was also close to the event,Cave without a Name, we were visiting. The cottage was extremely clean and had all the amenities.

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay, a couple of callouts, almost could not enter the property due to a broken electric gate and a stubborn and sticky electric door lock. Otherwise excellent.

Beautiful peaceful retreat

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Depot Cottage while attending a family reunion. It was perfect for our 2 dogs too with a huge fenced field for them to run and a smaller fenced area right off the front porch. The cottage was beautifully outfitted with everything we needed. There were lots of deer to watch and beautiful trees making for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of a busy family weekend. Highly recommend.

It was lovely, cute, little place. I liked that it was a gated property. Quiet neighborhood. Had the most comfortable pillow! Pretty granite countertops. Had everything you would need in the kitchen, coffee. Nice yard. I would stay there again! Great experience!
