This is a real log cabin. The main floor is nice, with all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans needed. The Roku TV was easy to use and WiFi works well. The master bed is very comfortable and views from the master bedroom and deck are great. It’s also just up the hill from Bent Tree Golf Course which is convenient. The pool table, while we did not use, is a nice add. Drawbacks: the hot tub cover is disintegrating and after a nights rain, was water clogged and nearly impossible to lift off. The hot tub itself is small but works and was very relaxing. While quaint, there were not any comfortable chairs or seats on either the front or back porches so we didn’t use them. The only shower is in the basement which was fine except for the spider living above it. There were cobwebs all around the front and back porches, as well as in the bathrooms, master closet and some around the staircases. I killed a spider in the master bathroom tub the first day, and had a spider in our bed one night which freaked me out! The spiral staircase, by the way, is cool and well built but not easy to get up and down if a guest has bad knees or other issues. We were had plenty of towels for the two of us but didn’t have an extra kitchen towel. There were also no extra sheets, pillow cases, throw pillows for the sofa or throw blankets. We made do with extra pillows and our beach towels. The mgt company was made aware of all of this. Master bath sink leaked and was fixed after calling twice. Impersonal.
